We were there Friday and Saturday night just for Rick Stein restaurant didn’t do a lot of with the hotel Cheeky Dog was ok for Friday night till 23:00 Cold breakfast was ok very standard any hot food extra charge Level 3 room 301 has the view of the water the king room is large and comfortable Bathroom is spotless Comfortable but can feel my partner turning etc. but ok

It is a nice hotel and is very near to the port where the whale watching cruises are. The reception is also nice enough to let us park the car after we checked out so that we join the cruise.

Very nice view from the hotel room but must book the 1st floor room with sea view. The balcony is very good for having a cup of coffee/tea n relaxing. The hotel has a holiday feel. There is a swimming pool n self laundry by inserting coins, but no gym. Room is very clean, spacious with comfy bed. But toilet is very small compared with the room size. Buffet breakfast is ok with sparkling wine, but variety can be more. Also tried the dinner in the hotel restaurant n it is just fair

It has been an amazing stay for us this past week. So many things we can do onsite, the indoor pool, the bowling alley, the playground, the indoor kiddie play area and more. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to a lot of beaches. Kids loved it. It’s just so perfect. Will definitely go back 😊😊

Các nhân viên tại quầy nhận phòng rất tốt để cung cấp cho chúng tôi một căn phòng yên tĩnh và có tầm nhìn ra thành phố. Mọi thứ đều gọn gàng và ngăn nắp. Chỉ có điều nếu có thể cung cấp dép dùng một lần, sẽ tốt hơn nhiều vì sàn đều là thảm, có vẻ như rất xấu khi đi bằng chân trống.

Family of 4 enjoyed our stay. Check-in was quick and easy and we were greeted with wonderful  customer service. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Pool was heated and lovely to swim in. We struggled to get the kids out of it they enjoyed it that much.  Location is convenient and close/walking distance to beach and shops.

Nice little cozy place, If you are a budget traveller look no further. It’s just 5 minutes walk away from Nelson bay wharf. Typical laid back motel with basic facilities.
