The place is really nice . It looks like old building but when you go to your room its very nice . When we went for breakfast the owners are really nice .We really enjoyed our stay

Splendid experience at the Gorge Deluxe Room. Very clean and spacious with a lovely view of the river and hills nearby.  Plenty of hiking routes available nearby which is ideal for those looking for a good walking experience.  For dog lovers, walking Archie (the silo dog) is also a great add-on!  First time for us walking a dog at a 5-star hotel.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, great location as well. However the room feels very stuffy, the balcony is locked only a small window is left open and the screen window is incredibly dusty, I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. Also the housekeeping is very unprofessional, she came straight in without even knocking the door around 9am while we are still sleeping, just saying hello when unlocking the door. Unhappy about that.

Beautiful hotel, great location and well appointed room, clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend it.

The setting is nice, but the house is a bit dated and is said to have been a monastery in the past. The staff is warm and friendly and will recommend restaurants and places to visit in the neighborhood if needed.

Stayed the night to watch The Hawks and needed somewhere cheap and cheerful. The room was small and basic but had everything you need for a stopover, fridge, kettle, microwave etc. The heater we had in our room didn't work but the staff were absolute legends in ensuring they found us one, so we were certainly cosy and warm 😁 we didn't eat a meal but did take some garlic bread away, which was yummy! Would stay again next time, thanks guys 😊

Phòng sạch sẽ nhưng hơi cũ. Chúng tôi ở tầng cao nhất và phải chuyển hết hành lý lên hai tầng, khá bất tiện. Ngoài những điểm này ra thì vị trí tốt và khá yên tĩnh. Nhưng chỗ đậu xe không đủ cho mọi khách hàng, may mắn là khi tôi phải chờ một lúc khi có người ra ngoài thì tôi vẫn tìm được chỗ đậu xe.

Very good place. Kids loves it. Place was big, we love it. We just wish the heater can heat the whole place, but unfortunately, it can only heat (warm) upstairs when its really cold. Also, there’s a strong smell when you open the door, between kitchen and toilet/shower room. Can’t describe the smell, but very strong. Also, if you will need to cook, you must bring your own pan/sauce pan as those ones inside the kitchen cupboard was rusty/old. We don’t mind it for 1 day stay though. We’ll definetely book again, one day 👍 #Room17
