I've traveled to dozens of countries, but I've never encountered hotel staff as attentive and friendly as Selam and Robel. Because of them, I will definitely choose Hilton in the future. I've never felt this way in other hotels; it's truly a first for me. They are invaluable employees.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at this guest house in Addis Ababa and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. All the staff were lovely women, and they made me feel safe, welcomed, and well-looked after. The manager, Ts’eḥāyon, was exceptional. She speaks fluent English, is very professional, and incredibly kind. She picked me up from the airport and drove me back at the end of my stay. She also offers amazing tours around the most popular and beautiful places in Addis at a very reasonable price, which made my trip truly special. The price of the accommodation was also very affordable, especially considering the high level of service. I felt at home the entire . I highly recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Addis Ababa. I will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here during the Meskel holidays. Checking in took some time (2 hours of waiting) since we had no choice but to go to the hotel early before the roads close. Place has modern amenities that made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is okay, a good selection for vegans and health conscious alike.

It is better than I have expected. The hotel is new, rooms are nice and clean. Free shuttle to airport. But there are some disadvantages: - location is not good - there are no gym, spa or swimming pool - late check out after 6 was not possible even after we paid extra (half of the daily cost)

✨ تجربتي في الفندق ✨ في البداية كنت حاجز فقط ليومين، لكن الصراحة من أول يوم حسّيت براحة غير طبيعية. الفندق جميل جدًا، نظيف ومرتب على أعلى مستوى، وكل التفاصيل فيه تعكس اهتمامهم بالراحة والنظافة. الأجواء مريحة وتخليك ما تفكر تطلع منه. اللي ميّز المكان أكثر هو تعامل الناس فيه. المدير شخص غاية في الطيبة والأخلاق، متعاون ويهتم بكل صغيرة وكبيرة عشان يضمن راحتنا. العاملين كذلك في قمة اللطف، ابتسامتهم ما تفارق وجوههم، وخدمتهم سريعة وممتازة، لدرجة تحس كأنك وسط عائلتك مو مجرد نزيل. بسبب هذي التجربة الجميلة ما قدرت أكتفي بيومين، وانتهى بي المطاف إني ما زلت مقيم فيه حتى الآن. من جد يستحق كل كلمة شكر وتقدير، وأنصح أي أحد يفكر في إقامة مريحة ونظيفة وخدمة راقية إنه يختاره بدون تردد. 🤍

The hotel was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean including the bathroom. The only issue was finding the place with GPS, the road getting there is a bit narrow but all in all I will revisit this hotel again.
