Clean, amazing location, definitely will stay again.

Great location near the Arc de Triomphe, and only a few minutes walk from Charles de Gaulle–Étoile metro station. The hotel building is quite small so the corridors are quite narrow, but the room itself was surprisingly spacious and felt like it was recently refurbished. Our only issue was that the sink is outside the toilet, so the bed area can get quite wet. My biggest compliments have to be given to the staff. For context, we had an arrangement with Stasher to store our luggage at another hotel, which turned out to be bogus. Stasher made no attempt to help us find a last-minute alternative solution despite the entire ordeal being their fault. Out of options, we decided to bring our luggage to Hotel Arc de Triomphe Etoile and ask them if they could store our luggage, despite our stay not happening for another 8 days. The receptionist didn't hesitate to store our luggage throughout the entire period. We're truly very grateful and appreciate the hotel's hospitatlity, understanding and accommodation.

The location was awesome and getting to metro station was easy. The service could have been better if not for one unfriendly male staff. During my last two day, there was no hot water. Apparently they staff did not know what to go, had to ask me to call again to speak to another staff. Many awesome cafe and eatery nearby, feel free to explore the area.

가족 세 명이서 2박 했습니다. 햇빛이 안들어오는 점은 아쉽지만 위치가 개선문과 도보 4분 거리고 침대도 깨끗하고 욕실에 욕조도 있어서 좋았어요!

잘 지내다 갑니다. 파리 시내 중심에서 적당한 가격으로 잘 쉬다갑니다. 추천 드릴만한 곳으로 직원모두 친절하고 위치또한 좋습니다.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. The best thing is its fantastic location in the city centre, within walking distance of many of the places we wanted to visit and has great public transport connections. There are plenty of convenient nearby shops, cafés and restaurants too. Thank you!

We recently spent 3 nights in this hotel & enjoyed the experience. Reception was helpful & the location couldn't be better. While the room was small ( typical of European hotels) all Wes good. The only slight downside was the water pressure & hot water was lukewarm. We would stay there again.

Amazing hospitality in this hotel with great location! Lots of shopping, restaurants and the Champs-Elysees just steps away. The breakfast was fresh with a great selection and the rooms are clean :) but the best part was the amazing staff and their professional hospitality. Thank you!

Beautifull clean hotel in a very perfect location close to great restaurants and transport is so simple just a few minuets walk away. The staff were very polite would definatly visit again. Very clean rooms and bathroom was lovely. Thank you for such a pleasent 3 nites stay

The location was fantastic. Lots of cafes and bistros around . The rooms are small , extra small but clean . Service was amazing, the manager was ever so helpful and friendly as was the other staff . Thank you.

Excellent location for access to transportation and main attractions! Nice, but small hotel. Clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous - definitely a great find in this neighborhood.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from Arc de Triomphe & Champs-Elysees with two subway station nearby. The quiet street, along with the very comfortable beds provides a grear sleeppibg experions. Unfortunately the very poor breakfast will ruin your mornings

Brilliant location …but not good facilities !!! - Very small pokey rooms (not very clean) - No iron and ironing board in rooms had to go downstairs to their horrible laundry area to iron my clothes. - no usb charging points in rooms or in hotel, needed plugs, forgot mines could not even provide adaptors. - breakfast was very disappointing very basic is a understatement…few cereals and few pastries, breakfast room was like in a dungeon. - rooms were not that clean either bath was horrible n very small. - tv WiFi also not working However the lady on reception was really nice and very helpful 😀
