Unfriendly and not too helpfull staff. Cold room (couldn’t take shower because, 10 degrees in bathroom)and when we finally got a new room after one night it was quite bad. First they lied that there is no room available but when I said that they have room available in web site he said that he need to talk to his boss. We left for Business and when came back the person who was there was not even aware of problem. She blaimed us that we hadn’t brought our luggages down in the morning. She said that impossible to solve problem in the evening because they don’t have room available. (Man in the front desk in the morning didn’t ask us to bring our luggages downstaires, just promised to ask his boss). When I told her that there is still rooms in website she said that there has been someone with covid and can’t be used. I told that there is more than one room and them we finally got room. There was also terrible smell in reseption area, some room scent which came outside the building also. I have asthma and hardly could breath there. I would recommend to avoid this hotel! I have visited Paris may be 20 times but not been in this kind of hotel earlier. Kauhea hotelli, epäystävällinen henkilökunta, kylmä huone ja hankala saada vaihtaa. Huonetuoksu haisi koko alakerrassa niin että oli nopeasti mentävä aulan läpi jotta ei henki salpaa. Kannattaa välttää tätä hotellia!

Останавливались в отеле в августе 2024 года, остались очень довольны! Отель камерный, уютный, единственное не хватало в номере холодильника) Расположение отличное, близко до всех достопримечательностей и до метро. В следующий раз выберу снова этот отель, рекомендую.

宿泊中、エレベーターが三回壊れてました。ただ立地はいいと思います。 バスタブがあり、それには非常に満足しました。 夜間（24時以降）は施錠され、外出できないので、買い物などする人は注意してください。 いい旅ができました。ありがとうございました。

房間比較小，服務不錯，可以寄存行李，距離重要景點還算方便步行，感覺比較安靜安全的區域了，有不少吃飯的地方

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Cordelia. The hotel is in such a good area - right by the champs-Élysées and arc de triomphe, as well as the shops and gardens in the 1st arrondissement but also close to the outer regions if you want to explore those. I really enjoyed being in an area with restaurants and shops of its own on days when I didn’t want to travel far and could easily come back to my hotel to rest. I stayed in the privilege room with a balcony so I enjoyed being able to come back to the hotel to eat or journal and people watch from there when I need a break. The staff is so incredibly nice and the atmosphere was very comfortable. My room stayed clean and so did the establishment. I also felt very safe in that area. Very happy with my stay

Room extra small. The carpet was completely wet. I asked for an iron to the reception and they told that they didn’t have one available. Breakfast is ok. The location is the best thing. Is close to many spots, Galleries Lafayette, and close to the metro station.

Such a delightful hotel! Lovely welcoming staff, gorgeous rooms and fabulous lobby, lounge and library. A lot of thought has been put into clever fit-out and design, as well as customer service and special touches to make the stay unique.

Gorgeous hotel, located in a really lovely area which was walking distance to everything I wanted to see. Staff were so lovely, welcoming and helpful making me feel safe as a younger person travelling alone. Would definitely visit again!

the bed was comfortable and clean, cute balcony, all the staff members are nice and friendly. The room was pretty dark and not a lot of light and design is a little outdated but still cute and charming. Not sure if ill stay here again but the location was nice , quiet and safe

Lovely boutique hotel in a perfect location. Excellent customer service and housekeeping. Dan was especially helpful. Will definitely be back for ambiance and convenience. Exceeded our expectations . Size of the room was large for Europe and the price reasonable. No refrigerator but everything else was so nice we didn’t mind.

This hotel is well situated close to restaurants and the metro. The staff went above and beyond. Spoke to us in English and Spanish. Please be mindful that most bakeries close early. Would stay here again. The only thing I could say was bad was the beds where a little too hard for my taste.
