Nice stay! lift is available, no need to carry the heavy luggage up to the room. Nice neighbourhood with bar cafe and restaurant. 5 minutes walk to metro station which accessible to all the tourist places. coffee machine is free at the reception. spacious for 4 ppl with sofa at living room. kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. bathroom spacious and clean.

We were surprised with an upgrade at check in and couldn’t be happier to get the roofs of Paris as our views! So beautiful. All super spacious and clean, kitchen equipped for cooking a delicious breakfast and the amenities in the bathroom were from Rituals a brand I love. And coffee at the reception is free all day and night. Neighbourhood is great, full of cafés and restaurants, metro station just around the corner. I cannot recommend more - this is my place in Paris now!

The stay in our hotel was very comfortable without any problems, the hotel was clean, cozy, very pleasant staff. In the morning it was a pleasure to drink coffee at the reception. We will definitely return to this hotel with friends. Thanks a lot 🙏

Our stay at Cadet Residence (CR) was pleasant. The location was perfect and center enough to all the places we want to go. There are plenty of shops around the area. Bakery and supermarket were very nearby. The outside on the street maybe busy but once you are in the residence it was quiet and peaceful. Staff were very helpful and very informative. We will definitely come back to CR in the future.

Very spacious and clean apar**ent. Good kitchen facilities. Comfortable bed. Bedroom ceiling needed repainting. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Highly recommended.

My family of 4 stayed 4 nights and couldn’t have picked better accommodation, clean, value for money, great location - easy to get to main tourist locations and the street the residence is located on is delightful - basically don’t need to leave the street if you just want to experience a typical French village feel. Fromagery, butcher, bakeries, brassiere, restaurant, fruit and vege and more. Sooo good. The front desk is incredibly helpful - I think we mostly dealt with Anis. So friendly and helpful- thanks for your help you made travels easy.

As spring is starting to bloom in Paris, so is Cadet Residence personnel hospitality, kindness and helpfulness. It was really a pleasure to stay once again in Cadet Residence. A place I will come back again soon.

This hotel apar**ent in Paris is a gem! Not top-tier fancy, but seriously comfy and bang in the middle of all the action. Cafes, restaurants, and cool sites are everywhere. Plus, there’s this amazing bakery right in front that's perfect for grabbing a croissant or a sweet treat to start your day. Getting around is a breeze with train and bus stations super close. The staff? Absolute stars – so friendly and helpful. Definitely the spot if you're after a great place that's all about location, convenience, and a warm welcome. Loved every bit of it!

Apar**ent is clean and spacious. We booked a 1 bedroom apar**ent and it came as described. There is a couch and dining table in the living room. 2 beds in the sleeping area and 2 beds pushed together in the bedroom. Kitchen has a few plates, cups, bowls and convection cookwares, microwave, toaster and water kettle. There is no condiments, coffee or tea. Bathroom has full size shower and sink and is spacious. Staffs are very helpful. The neighborhood has bakeries, restaurants and groceries. Will definitely return.
