Overall very good stay. Hotel decor is nice. Room is a bit small, but neat and clean for sure. Very tiny balcony but good to chill out when weather is good. Location also very convenient, close a few metro stations and many cafes and restaurants nearby.

I wanted the room at higher floor and have a special requested it as i want to have a nice balcony view. As when I check-in , i was informed that that’s the only available room and i was put in the corner which I dun have a nice view with balcony. And the room is a little too small as we don’t have space to open the big luggage. Other than that staff are kind.

That was just good and near to city Center and important places.

Stayed two nights. It was total disaster. Elevator was not working. Had to walk tiny stairs every time. No bottled water offered, just a glass bottle water hotel filled. Reception was a mess too. Charged different amount everytime. Incidentials, city tax, every person in reception says differently. I had to ask a partial refund for wrongfully charged city tax. Location is great, but I cannot recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in a good location! About 10 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. Lots of food around the hotel. Reception staff are all very friendly and helpful with pointing with the directions to touristy places. Only downside was, the lift was under maintenance when we were there, however staffs helped with the carrying of our luggages. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Paris!

Good locations and good service

Location is fantastic, the building is centrally located in the city so it's very close to the attractions. Reception was quite underwhelming, when you enter the lobby there is a stale smell that is quite a turn off to customers. They should consider having a scent to hide the smell, as it was there for our days there. Nice touch off with a self-service for water and sweets. The room itself is okay, but if you are bringing a large suitcase you have to open on the floor and it's gets squeezy. A huge flaw is the shower in the bathroom, where there is only a glass divider that covers half of the tub! So water definitely will come out and wet the outside floor. There is nowhere to place your toiletries as well.

Quite convenient location and just take 3 mins to metro station by walking. Recommended 😊

The room was small and near the street. Beautiful but noisy. The elevator broken down several times
