Perfect stay! The location is conveniently connected to the JR Osaka station and linked with many shopping malls and restaurants. The hotel is new and spotlessly clean. The staff is very kind and polite. Attention to details, free mini bar and offer a nice view. We will definitely return in the future.

For USD475 a night is level of service is quite disappointing. We stayed 4 nights at the hotel with our 2.5 year old toddler. Pros The location is amazing, the train station is right below the hotel, 1 station to the Kids Plaza and easy access to other attractions. So many restaurants options within the building or walking distance. Everything is connected by footbridges, extremely troller friendly. Appreciate the water bottle refill tap at the lobby of the lift lobby and the choice of amenities. Cons Back to the service, English at check-in and operator is limited. The most disappointing is house-keeping. 1) they really only just make the bed each day and clear the bins, no tidying of the room, not even clearing the room service from the day before. Unlike other this level of hotels, housekeeper will do a light tidy up of counter areas. Not for our experience! 2) even we hung up all our towels so they can be reused but each day we find our towels are replaced. Same for the slippers. 3) limited breakfast room service only two ¥9000 sets, and no Japanese options, only western. Over the in-room dining menu is western focus and limited. 4) the bathroom is very open design so not recommended if you are sharing a room with a friend. If one is having a shower, if someone rings the door you won’t be able to open the door as there is no door or dividers. 5) they said mini bar is complimentary on the introduction sheet but turns out is only for the first night If they can provide better service or lower the price I will stay again purely for its location.

dusty floor in guest room also the cleanliness of bathroom wasn’t up to luxury hotel standard, concierge didn’t help bring the baggage to room. check in service was professional, up to forbes standard, amenities were great, especially have their own brand of sake.

這次體驗了38樓特別房型，類似於國內的行政房。即一日五餐，外加30樓有熱湯泡。 體驗下來，貴有貴的道理。 1、服務：好到沒話説，情緒價值拉滿。本來想着日本一直是15點入住的，沒想到這次13點到了之後38樓辦理入住後馬上給我們房間了。38樓的服務員都是年長的大叔，英語很好，很有氣質，給我們講了遠處的山脈和可以看到伊丹機場起降的飛機。 2、環境：38樓很安靜、酒廊可以遠眺半邊大阪，心情極好 3、房間：床品舒服，不用自己帶睡衣了，因為很舒服。備品可以，還配了面膜，polo洗護4件套。minibar免費。唯一的槽點是隔音，會聽到樓下火車的隆隆聲，建議自備耳塞。我睡的晚12點之後，聲音小了。 4、餐食：早餐、下午茶、晚餐，都是使用了38樓酒廊。從早到晚都有香檳、酒，晚上17點-19點的酒更豐富。早上有魚籽海膽飯，魚籽鮮海膽甜飯糯嘰嘰100分的好吃。晚上更厲害，直接龍蝦（甜美有彈性的品質）、鮑魚（軟糯有嚼勁）、牛舌，都是自助的，另外還可以單點和牛牛排、龍蝦麪啥的，但我覺得自助的更好吃。早餐晚餐均有魚子醬。全天候都有麪包，他們家的麪包真的絕絕子，我每天衹能吃兩個，最後臨走前在1樓自費買了同款麪包帶回家。如果下次有機會，我還會去的一家酒店，可以無腦入住

總體還蠻好的 位置非常方便 就在Jr大阪站上面 樓下商場有很多吃的和日本特產 附近商圈很多東西 從高奢到小眾都有 我們定的轉角房 還蠻大的 2大2小算是日本比較ok的房型 小朋友有配套睡衣+牙刷沐浴用品 蠻可愛的 就是櫻花季價格比較高 平時價格一半不到

房間比較小，對比東京傲途格來説。 迷你吧免費，裏面的那個杏果汁很好喝的 洗護比較齊全，髮帶 卸粧油 洗面奶 水 精華 入住正好是生日，還送了一盒小餅乾，挺好吃的 窗外景色不錯 酒店早餐更是一絕，哈密瓜一大碗

酒店樓下是JR大阪站，下樓對面就是機場專線巴士站，交通極為便利，離阪急、友都八喜商場都很近。 大堂在kitte大廈29層，景色眺望很震撼。中意城市景觀的可以考慮升級轉角房，視野更佳。 晚上可以去酒廊體驗一下，需注意晚上十點半之後就不能再點單了。酒店的早餐也很豐盛，蜜瓜特別甜。整體體驗不錯，以後有機會再造訪。

位置：位置是這個價格最大的賣點，基本位於梅田商圈的中心，去大丸百貨，阪急，友都八喜，luca（1100），Grand Front Osaka都不遠，從一樓的mikimoto上二樓走天橋可步行到達這些商場，但是實在太費腳力，如果實在要逛，電器就去友都八喜，日本當地特色就去luca，奢侈品就去阪急，夠夠的了。要注意商店基本都是八點關門，有的七點四十五就不接待了。 服務：就還行，無功無過，沒有覺得很好，也沒有很差，最後一天早餐都沒有來詢問點什麼主食，略失望。 衞生：還行，早餐對於中國胃來説還是吃不慣的，尤其這次住了三晚，衹有第一天吃着還行。 環境：還行 設施：洗漱用品都是準備了三份，minibar可免費使用一次。 總體還是五星好評吧～畢竟春節期間接待的人太多，有不足的地方也可以諒解。

酒店就在大阪站對面KITT商場樓上，JR機場快線地鐵方便幾步路；周邊購物方便有大丸阪神阪急；酒店商場二樓專賣日本各地特產。酒店入住29樓，早餐也在29樓半自助，烏冬面、草莓好吃。帶孩子三個人選擇角房面積大一點，MINi吧免費，乾淨舒適。30樓有日式浴室但要套房才好用。唯一缺點火車噪聲有點大；從早到晚。😅

酒店非常好，地理位置絕佳，是大阪交通樞紐中心，出酒店就是機場大巴，出行也很方便，酒店很大，在日本實屬難得，樓層很高，景觀view也很絕

位置距離購物商場遠少少，但去機場鐵路月台比較近，很新的酒店，但隔音有點差
