Hotel poussin’s location was very convenient, the staff were very kind, helpful & offered their service very well. I only didn’t know that my room was so small, I managed it well & made it comfortable While staying there.

The Cleanliness of the hotel was unquestionable. No Complaints. There was no centralised air con, but a manual unit had been set up in the room which was a god send. On the flip side the bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze, and not sure if the fridge worked, or was unpluged for the aircon. I would stay in this hotel again if i required somewhere near Parc des Princes again

My room was tiny, you could hardly squeeze through between the wall and the bed. The bathroom is not up to standards.Small, the shower even smaller and very difficult to move around.Beware: there is no air-conditioning in the room. There was a heatwave in Paris and the room was burning hot.Only a little noisy electric fan is supplied but with little effect. Room price is a rip-off for a double room high is the size of a single ,even smaller. Avoid this hotel.

Rooms were tiny, but comfortable. Auteuil is a nice area - plenty of cafes, brasseries, bakeries, etc. Helpful staff and easy walk to Roland Garros, which is why we were there.

We couldn't travel because of the general strike today - our train to Paris was cancelled - and wanted to cancel at short notice. The hotel showed no understanding for our predicament. They said they can't take strikes into account. They did offer an unspecified "consideration" if we book again sometime. Unlikely, if this is an example of their service. We would have been happy for a credit for a later stay Nous ne pouvions pas voyager à cause de la grève générale aujourd'hui - notre train pour Paris était annulé - et nous voulions annuler à court terme. L'hôtel n'a montré aucune compréhension pour notre situation difficile. Ils ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas tenir compte des grèves. Ils ont offert une "contrepartie" non spécifiée si nous réservons à nouveau un jour. Peu probable, si c'est là un exemple de leur service. Nous aurions été heureux de recevoir un crédit pour un séjour ultérieur.

The hotel is in a nice and safe neighbourhood, it was very close to the metro station, two supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. The rooms were quite clean. The breakfast was good. All the staff were very helpful. The rooms are recently renovated. Before reserving it's better to tell the hotel staff not to give the room on the 3rd floor which has a window opening to terrace where people can smoke. Apart from that I think there is no similar problem with other rooms. It was a great stay overall.

This is an excellent neighborhood, but this property needs a serious infusion of capital to equal the neighborhood
