+Good room size, clean, friendly staff, breakfast was great and lots of choices for hot food, nice coffe/tea/cake in the lobby everyday - the only down side was that you could hear the noise of other rooms and also from the street

コンコルド広場やオペラ、ルーヴルなど各所へ徒歩で行ける距離で良かったです。 ただ、チェックイン手続きに時間がかかりすぎたり、 シーツや水回りの汚れが気になりました。

Πρόκειται για ενα μικρό ξενοδοχείο πόλης σε κεντρική τοποθεσία με πολλές στάσεις μετρό τριγύρω για εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλο το Παρίσι. Η περιοχή έχει πολλά εστιατόρια, καφέ, εμπορικά καταστήματα και ξενοδοχεία. Το Acadia αν και στους χώρους του έχει μια δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά και τα δωμάτιά του είναι μικρά και καθόλου σύγχρονα, η διεύθυνση και το προσωπικό κάνουν τα πάντα για να εξασφαλίσουν μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η καθαριότητα είναι ασύγκριτη, τα στρώματα αναπαυτικότατα, διατείθεται δωρεάν εσπρέσο όλη την ημέρα και το προσωπικό είναι ευγενέστατο.

We had a very comfortable stay at Astotel Hotel Acadia. The recent refurbishment is of a high standard, the rooms very clean and the bed very comfy. The staff are all friendly and helpful and did much to make our stay a good one. Unfortunately, the hotel elevator did break down during our visit, and we had to descend (and ascend) four flights of stairs for breakfast. The Astotel manager did sincerely apologise and managed to get it fixed soon enough. I should say that these things are in no way a reflection on the hard-working staff who did a superb job throughout, and we would certainly choose this hotel again and recommended it. It was a great surprise to get back to our room one evening to find balloons, champagne, and bonbons - did I mention it was my birthday this trip? We found the location to be excellent for all we wanted during our stay. Not far from a convenient Metro station (Grand Boulevard, line 9) good restaurants nearby, but off a quiet side steet. Also, the world famous Folies Bergére is just at the end of the road.

The beds were extremely comfortable and also the pillows. Good shower. Clean. Good position. 21 minutes walk from Main station Gare de nord. Also only 21 minutes walk from Montmartre. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity of hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was good size and had a comfortable bed. Very clean with fresh towels and mini bar each day. In addition daily snacks were available in the lobby. Friendly staff, they were able to assist with directions to areas of interest as well as arranging a cab to the train station. I loved the area we stayed and was within 20-25 minute walk to most of the things we wanted to see and do. Close to a Metro station as well. Thank you very much!

My teenage son and I stayed for 6 nights- great location- close to metro, situated between La Galerie/Printemps, Louvre, and Sacre Couer/Montmartre. Surrounded by great restaurants. Great neighborhood vibe. Very clean. Snacks and mini-fridge refreshed daily with water, juice, and soda was a huge plus.

I searched for a Paris hotel for several days reading countless reviews; I was seeking a hotel with interesting architecture in a convenient, clean, safe location for walking day or night to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, Metro stations and other points of interest and Acadia Astotel emerged as the winner! It provided everything I desired and the room was furnished with: a very comfortable bed with quality linens, electric kettle for tea or coffee on a desk with chair, mini refrigerator with free beverages, safe to secure valuables, hairdryer, modern electrical outlets, good WiFi, nice wall mounted television and a modern functional bathroom with a good spacious shower. The room and hallway were recently renovated with a great design sense. Set on a vibrant side street with views that define Paris. The Front Desk staff were warm and welcoming and happy to provide assistance if needed. Breakfast on the lower level is offered at a reasonable price and hotel guests are also invited to enjoy coffee, tea and pastries in the main reception area throughout the day and evening, and if it rains and you don’t have an umbrella — no problem, they will lend you one of theirs! The concept of this hotel to welcome guests as generously as they do sets them apart from any competition in this category or price range. I will definitely stay here again as well as try other Astotel Hotels in other neighborhoods. I could not have been happier with my decision to stay here for 6 nights. The windows are modern and when closed you have complete peace and quiet. This was my 8th visit to Paris, and the first time to stay in the lower part of the 9th Arrondissement, which I found very convenient and easy to navigate.
