5mins walk from hakata station..good location..room and toilet is consider big for Japan hotels.

the twin bed room is just the same as the photos on trip.com spacious enough to fully open my 25" suitcase location is close to Hakata station and the neighborhood is quiet and yet make you feel safe at night the hotel even provides a microwave oven in common area!!

Generally feels quite safe. There's a hotel bathtub also, so very enjoyable to sit and soak. It's near fukuoka station, quite accessible. There's also the hotel restaurant below which becomes an izakaya at night. The motsunabe I had there was really good. I will say that you will interact very little with the hotel staff. Even drop off of key cards is done via machine. Not bad if you just want a chill place to stay. They have a LOT of charging ports in the room as well, it's pretty viable if you want to work there.

Very good Location , Staff very nice. We left from the hotel since early morning but staff called us the taxi.. so impressed

Lack of English speaking staff in reception and room is small, but good to have cheap beer(¥200) in restaurants.

Great hotel! Great service and very clean! I opted out for daily cleaning but I was surprised to find a bag of clean towels, pajama and garbage bag on my door left by the hotel staff. That’s super considerate! All staff are professional and very helpful! Room is very well designed and makes efficient use of space. I’d love to stay here again! Highly recommended!

The room is big enough for us to open two suitcases at the same time. The room is clean. The hotel is not too far away from Hakata Station.

Not that communicable with the hotel front desk. Yet, excellent location and very nice restaurants nearby. Perfect for catching JR trains.

Location is good as it is a short walk from the Hakata train station and bus terminal. Layout of the room is spacious and I was able to put 1 large and 1 medium luggage with no problems. Room was very clean and cosy.
