Very bad experience, room was to small, importantly cleanings of hotel is not up to mark. Major amenities are missing. However location of this Hotel is very convenient.

Makes Faulty Towers look good. When arrived couldn’t find room staff not interested, place ver tired. Most of group had room problems with 2 having to move after 1st night. Lift broke and take at least 24 hrs to mend, what fun on 4th floor. Only good bit got room at back which was quiet

I'll tell you the story, if you don't want to read on the short of it is be aware of staying here isn't great. The person on the front desk had no idea what they were doing. They couldn't figure out how to make a key card. They didn't understand a word of English, I know we ae in Paris, I tried my high school French to no avail. The room was on the 5th floor, i can't tell how disappointed I was, the first thing my husband said is "this is a fire trap" . I sat on the bed, hard as rock . We went for a walk got back at 6pm to chill before dinner and there was a knock at the door , the front reception person and a random guy come in, he is filling the soap containers and she is walking in the room checking the phone, in the meantime me and my husband are sat in the hallway. We found another hotel, packed up and left, we had no refund and I don't care. Believe it or not I left out more details or this post would be like War and Peace :)

Greeted well and allowed to check in early. Paperwork needs doing - it’s a bit complicated but reception did their best with my awful French! Lifts to rooms. They are small but comfortable beds and warm quilts. As it is so central - bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Room cleaned well. Towels and toiletries provided. It may be useful to provide some cups/glasses for bedside water. Checking out was fine. It’s very cheap, you can walk to Sacre Coeur, metro is 2 mins and it looks like the whole area is undergoing an upgrade. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. I would go back.

Central, comfotable, and extremely helpful staff. Bed was clean and comfy and the shower was surprisingly good. This is a hotel you stay in if your goal is to see as much of the city as possible. Well appointed for the Metro and friendly bars and restaurants

They asked us to pay a 50e guarantee in case something happens, but room has some kind of a hole in the floor and there was a huge stain on the carpet. One towel was dirty. Much better hotels do not ask for a guarantee. One of the worst hotels we stayed in.

Second stay at this hotel, our first stay was not long before covid, The hotel was a bit run down then, but wow ! it is much worst now. I couldn't believe how run down it has gone. I had read the reviews before booking again and thought " Oh here we go people exaggerating" but believe the reviews. Hotel is in a wonderful location with a view of the boulevard ( you can watch all the dodgy dealing going on in the evening) from room 4014, I did request room 3010 where I had stayed previously, had an email back confirming that I could have this room , never got that room though ( same view though as room 4014 ) so do not trust the communication between you and the hotel. Check in was great and the guy checking us in was wonderful ( not like the two clowns on checkout ) A/C in foyer, but when you get to your room it's broke! so you have a fan. Carpet is grubby and threadbare, SKIRTING BOARDS ARE FILTHY and BLACK MOULD IN SHOWER ! storage space is falling apart, windows dirty, curtains should be binned and draws in bathroom sink cupboard are dangerous. You have to pay 50 euro deposit, refunded after they check your room on check out. When we checked out a member of staff went to check the room, lol, I had left it cleaner than when I arrived, he came back down and showed the other member of staff his phone, then showed myself a photo of the pillow case I had slept on , it had some hair dye on it where I had been perspiring throughout the night as there was no A/C. I was then informed that they would have to deducted 10 euro from my deposit, for God sake keep it all If your that desperate !! get your A/C fixed and stop falsely advertising that you have A/C it only works in the foyer where you have to spend most of your time ! Good points of hotel, not a bad size room or bathroom, fridge in room, location, clean comfy bed And the guy who checked us in. Would not use this hotel again though !00%.

This was supposed to be a deluxe room. Health and safety issues: mould throughout the bathroom; dirt on a dispenser in the bathroom; rusting towel rack; electrical sockets in the room coming away from the wall; damaged cover on the landing exposing electrical cables and pipework. Air quality: the hotel's air conditioning had not been working for a while. It had not even been fixed when I called a few weeks after our stay. It was unacceptably hot and we could not sleep. The rooms had all been given desk fans only. Ours was noisy. Only half of the small window opened. There were heavy curtains only (no net curtains) and the window directly overlooked the window opposite, so the choice was to either have no privacy or no air. The obvious pigeon problem made it worse. The hotel claimed that they had a notice on their website (and informed the booking agent) to warn that there was no air conditioning, but there was no such notice (I have plenty of screenshots). The hotel has now removed its website (easier than fixing the airco?). Room otherwise: everything looked worn and tired. Bed linen was clean but the sheet was too small for the mattress, so it kept moving from under us. Wardrobe was damaged and the sliding door was difficult to operate. Toilet was clean. Breakfast: the area was clean but nearly all chairs were damaged, with stuffing exposed. Cereals, coffee, juices and bread were all of the cheapest quality and unpleasant. Only the tea was drinkable. Safe: the company has close-ups of a safe on booking sites, but the safe did not have a working key pad. The only solution was to use the backup key, but because this was the ONLY key, we would have lost our valuables if the key was lost. Reception: the receptionists were pleasant, but they did not seem to have any power to do much. There seemed to be only one person manning the whole hotel at any one time, making it a sleeping service rather than a three-star hotel. We felt we could not stay after one night. The hotel has not responded to any of our emails or indeed any messages from the booking agent.

Had this place booked through a travel agent, like many of the reviews it absolutely was not the same as the pictures suggested! Avoid this place! Small, Dirty and run down. Bed was awful, likewise with the pillows and NO Air Conditioning!! The shower head fell out from the wall upon use as it was old or not installed correctly. Neighboring room had a massive water leak from ceiling! Originally supposed to stay for 2 nights which had been paid in full.. After the first night my family decided to leave, No refunds where given and the person at the desk did not seem to care and stated " it is what it is " when we said we would be writing a review. PLEASE!! Don't go to this place, save your money and don't ruin your trip at a place like this!

Absolutely horrific experience!!! They lied to us saying that they had air conditioningonly when we got to the room. We realised it had been broken for a long time. Th manager threatened me with violence when I wanted to cancel. Disgusting!

Dirty rooms, smelly rooms, stinking bathroom, no where clean, mold in the corners, stains on carpets, beds, walls. Wires sticking out of walls, one bed full of black hair pieces. No friendly staff. We hardly slept the night. Montmartre on the other hand, is a wonderful district.
