We had a comfortable and convenient stay at Novotel Lyon Paris. The location is great, with easy access to public transport and local sights. The room was clean and modern, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. During our visit, I lost a valuable item—but to my relief, it was quickly found and safely kept by the hotel staff. They arranged for it to be FedExed back to me (at my own cost), and I truly appreciated their honesty and efficiency. The service was impeccable, and the staff were both professional and kind. A trustworthy and reliable hotel experience. Psst: It was a safe hotel as well as they have around the clock security at the lobby area.

Everything was great,i arrived at 9am😂, so need to wait because no room available for early check in,but hotel receptionist help me to check in before 12pm . Great service !! I recommend this hotel for any travelers around the world who visit paris 😛

Good location near the Gare de Lyon train station. Room size is sufficient for two people. Kettle is provided and drinks in the fridge are free for consumption. There is bathtub in the toilet. Housekeeping services are still acceptable, however I placed some empty bottles meant for keepsake purposes on the table but it was gone when I returned to the room at the end of the day. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

Everything was fine fron the location close to Gare de Lyon to the services, breakfast very good, and rooms very large and clean.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Paris Gare De Lyon. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the Gare de Lyon station, making it very convenient for getting around Paris or taking a train to other destinations. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, especially for Paris standards. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were well-thought-out. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions or requests. I also appreciated the variety of breakfast options, which catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Paris!

1. Amenities - We had to pick up standard  amenities like toothbrush, shavers and extra pillows from the reception. 2. Service - When requesting for items that should have been in the room in the first place, reception staff was not friendly in providing them. 3. Cleanliness - The sofa bed was not made up, was told that different teams did sofa bed vs the regular beds, not sure if the is a logical reason.

Very good hotel and great location

Upon check-in, staff gave us a room which was already occupied and we opened the door to find someone inside. The staff claimed it was a “system” issue.

Right next to the Gare de Lyon station, perfect if you need easy access to the train or metro station. Hotel is clean, modern and nicely equipped with free mini-bar and a small gym. Breakfast is amazing. Will definitely return.

Wonderful location as it is near to the train station and lots of food around the hotel. Room is big comparing rest of Paris city.

Painting on doors for whole level!the smell is ridiculous. Pictures for this room shows a expresso machine, was told instead it is ony for executive rooms by hotel. Bathrobe and slippers chargeable at 15 euros. Is this a 4 star hotel? City view was looking a the train station next to us. Otherwise Room is clean and decent.
