Gần Gare de lyon nên rất tiện nếu di chuyển đến các thành phố khác. Phòng rộng và sạch sẽ. Có bể bơi nhưng tôi chưa thử. Nên ở đây

Stay 232 from 4-6 Dec 25. Location. Very good . Just beside station. Lots of eateries, supermarket , laundromat, pastry shop, many diff metro station. Check in: waa given a room at 2pm.. left my Luggage at 9am… easy and fast. English spoken front desk team.front desk team was awsome. Had drink at lobby on 4dec 25 1pm. The bar counter lady and guy was very nice . Room: clean. Average size . Slipper got from house keeping . No sign on dental kit. But I got my own . Housekeeping team was efficient .but they not fluent in English. But they are awsome . Room AC was weak. I ask for fan and they brought me 1. Mini bar with only 1 bottle for 2 pax. Can be improved . Feedback: call 1 time due to ahower pressure waa weak. No response . The ahower water pressure is weaker than my pee. Showering was not comfortable for me and wife . Propose to have anti slip mat inside the bathtub , capsule easily slip when moving out from shower in bathtub and cross out to floor.

Overall the location wins it all. Right smack beside Paris Gare de Lyon train station. 1 min walk to be exact . Aircon not strong but they send me a fan so ok.

The hotel is very nice, spacious and cozy. Personnel is very friendly and professional. Gym and pool are not so functional as typical for the hotels.

Nice hotel close to the Gare de Lyon. Spacious rooms and generous breakfast buffet. A few steps distant to buses/metro to reach almost everywhere in Paris and to the RER red line to reach Disneyland.

I booked this hotel because I needed to be close to Gare de Lyon and the location was perfect with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The staff were pleasant and the service was fine, but I was genuinely surprised by the extremely high prices of basic drinks at the hotel, far above what you’d normally expect. It’s definitely better to pick up what you need from a nearby shop. That said, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and overall I had a good stay. I’d consider staying here again.

We had a comfortable and convenient stay at Novotel Lyon Paris. The location is great, with easy access to public transport and local sights. The room was clean and modern, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. During our visit, I lost a valuable item—but to my relief, it was quickly found and safely kept by the hotel staff. They arranged for it to be FedExed back to me (at my own cost), and I truly appreciated their honesty and efficiency. The service was impeccable, and the staff were both professional and kind. A trustworthy and reliable hotel experience. Psst: It was a safe hotel as well as they have around the clock security at the lobby area.

Front Desk are professional and very helpful. Room size was perfect and relatively clean. WIFI connection easy and can be used throughout the stay. Breakfast was good but could be better if varieties can be different every day.

I would say more of a 3* it isn’t a 4* hotel. Rooms are decent and the staff are nice. I didn’t like how room service is only 7-10pm and when I called to order no one picked up. Basic hotel but overpriced for what it is

A great cosy hotel right next to the main train station. Theres a lot of food and amenities like pharmacies in Gare de Lyon so basic needs are easily taken care of. Travelling by metro is a breeze but you have to be familiar with where it is located amongst the many trains that arrives there. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in Paris.

Extremely convenient and easy to locate. Perfect for people who want to catch a train from Gare de Lyon. Behaviour of the staff is excellent and checkin and checkout was seamless.

Everything was great,i arrived at 9am😂, so need to wait because no room available for early check in,but hotel receptionist help me to check in before 12pm . Great service !! I recommend this hotel for any travelers around the world who visit paris 😛
