I booked this hotel several weeks in advance and paid over 3k euros for the stay. The next day I found out I could not make the trip due to illness in the family meant a change in plans for all family members. I tried to see if I could change the trip and found out once you go down that path on the booking’s website there is no going back! I ended up canceling the trip with my click and losing the full 3k! I tried to appeal to bookings by emailing ( in French)then calling 2 times to their customers service- they were very nice- the first one told me that she was sure the hotel would refund the money. The second told me he wold have someone speak to them in French and see if I could get a credit…nope, didn’t happen. But the worst is that I was guaranteed a call from the hotel within 72 hours of my requested to discuss, never happened. So I paid the money never got to talk to them about my options then lost my booking and the money….. oh, they did send me an email saying they would not CHARGE me anything more for canceling!!!! These people AND *********** don’t give a s#%t about their customers… and please don’t believe a word that their customer service agents tell you

Centrally located. Concierge very nice and welcoming. Must take flight of stairs before can take elevator, so be aware when you have luggage. Clean room and was warm on a chilly day. Recommend.

Hôtel idéalement situé, proche de la gare St Lazare et de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Tout se fait à pied. L'hôtel est calme et entretenu, l'accueil y est agréable. Si vous êtes de passage sur Paris, c'est l'endroit parfait.

我在De Dieppe酒店住了2晚。我選擇這裏因為2個原因:1地點很好,就在聖拉扎爾地鐵站旁。有更便宜的酒店,但他們都在巴黎的市郊。2房價不高,我還可以使用20%的禮券獲得更低價格。我還會住這的。 酒店離聖拉扎爾地鐵非常近,可以帶你去巴黎的主要景點。酒店周圍有很多餐館、咖啡館、商店,所以你如果想逛逛的話不用走很遠。不遠處是一個看起來很特別的教堂。我在總枱遇到的人都很友好,可以説一些英語。我的房間在三層挨着樓梯和電梯,但是沒有什麼噪音。 房間很小,但我在歐洲待過更小的房間。床實際是兩個帶輪子的單人床拼在一起的,不過也很容易就分開了。房間很乾凈,不過我覺得前一位客人走後,床單並沒有洗過,雖然沒有異味,但也沒有洗過的清新氣味。房間裏有一個5-6寸的小電視,可以看5個台。浴室比較小,還算乾淨。毛巾每天更換。我對房間唯一的不滿是從街道里傳來的汽車噪音,卡車在深夜還開過來。要想睡的好就帶上耳塞。 免費早餐很豐盛。哦 是的,儘量避免要1層的房間（任何房間號為1的）如果你喜歡很晚回來,然後睡在吃早飯的地方就在房門外這樣的樓層的話。你可以要1個羊角麪包,1個蛋糕卷,黃油,果醬,桔汁,牛奶,咖啡和茶。 從她的位置和價格看,我不認為巴黎還有比她更好的經濟型2星級酒店,當然不要期待可以有3或4星級標準的住宿。
