Bên ngoài khách sạn chỉ là một cuộc bạo loạn với cảnh sát ở khắp mọi nơi. Đường phố đầy những người vô gia cư và rác rưởi. Tuy nhiên, môi trường bên trong phòng khá sạch sẽ và bữa sáng ngon so với giá của nó

Với mức giá này thì khách sạn ổn. Nếu bạn quyết định đặt phòng tại khách sạn này thì đừng mong đợi một khu vực hay dịch vụ tuyệt vời, giá cả hoàn toàn phù hợp với các dịch vụ được cung cấp. Khu vực này không phải là tốt nhất trong thành phố nhưng hoạt động ổn. Có các cửa hàng, nhà hàng và tàu điện ngầm đưa bạn đến các điểm tham quan. Bữa sáng cũng ổn Bắt đầu một ngày.

Khách sạn bên trong chỉ có 2 chiếc gối nhỏ và nhà vệ sinh quá nhỏ và phòng tắm cũng rất nhỏ và bồn rửa không có bên trong phòng tắm hoặc phòng vệ sinh mà nó ở bên cạnh giường. Không có trà cà phê bên trong bất kỳ cơ sở nào. Nhân viên lễ tân họ không có thời gian để nói chuyện. Họ không giải thích cho chúng tôi biết khu vực ăn sáng ở đâu hoặc phòng ở đâu khi tôi hỏi họ sau đó họ nói. Và bữa sáng không có đồ ăn nóng. Một số loại bánh mì, bánh mì thập cẩm và một ít pho mát . Đó không phải là nơi tốt để ở. Và đường vào bẩn. Không bao giờ đi nữa

Hotel is nice and clean. Approachable staff. The breakfast had a good selection and afgordable.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Upon arrival the beds and bathrooms were filthy dirty. There were so many long strands of hair, crumbs, marks and dirt on the bed sheets. When we spoke to the man downstairs to complain about the state of the room, he couldn’t care less and advised us that there was nothing he can do. The beds honestly looked like someone had slept in them and were never changed. My family and i (6 of us in total) were suppoesed to have 6 single beds but this wasnt the case. The only option of sleeping was either squashing ourselves or sleeping on the floor. The next morning, i went downstairs to speak to someone again at reception and spoke to a woman that works in reception downstairs with brunette hair that wears glasses who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. No professionalism at all. Eventually we managed to get the room cleaned. The bathrooms and toilets were an absolute nightmare. The vents, toilet bowls, and floors were so moudly and stained, i am surprised an establishment like this charges people to stay there. They could really do with a revamp of the entire establishment as none of the pictures match what we experienced. This is probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed and i strongly recommend anyone that is considering this place, to look elsewhere. Budget does NOT mean filthy dirty.

The location is nice and the hotel room is clean and not very spacious. Yet it's acceptable.

Cheap hotel, you get what you pay for. Location is not great, it is a very deprived area with a lot of homeless people on the streets and quite unclean. Would not recommended for solo travellers. Hotel itself was pretty basic no kettle or hairdryer in the room but the staff were friendly and helpful.

Basic hotel for stay in paris. Offered parking space for 23eur a day which was my reason to book this hotel. Cleanliness is bearable, because we basically use the hotel for sleeping after exploring paris the whole day. Within walking distance to metro stations although you have to cross homeless spot and hence the smell of pee as well. Can't blame the hotel though. 🤷♀️

What you pay is what you get. However, there was many noise during nighttime and the highway is just nearby. The location is not a safe location.

The person at the reception during the check-in was very rude: spoke angrily, called me deaf, showed the correspondent gesture with a hand at the ear; also the person was incompetent: tried and argued to charge the triple city tax when only 1 person was checking-in, refused to accept cash for payment (trip.com does not advice on the payment method), the person didn’t return the full amount of change - said that there was no change at the hotel in a full amount; I sent a claim to the hotel, after 4 days have been passed - there is no any reaction. 👎👎👎👎👎 The room keeper hotel staff kept the room perfect 👍 - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I could see the Sacre Coeur (Montparnasse) from my window ☺️ The Garibaldi metro station is quite near to the hotel 👍, easy to go to the city centre 😑 and again, be ready that the hotel allows to the front side staff to argue angrily and humiliate the guests in stead of welcoming, maybe it’s a ‘budget’ type peculiarity but it is not acceptable

We found the Ibis exactly as described. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean. As a budget hotel, it met all our needs. We didn’t go to Paris to enjoy our room. It was better to spend less money on the room and be able to do more in the city. The location was great as far as getting around. The metro was a 15 minute walk or the bus stop was 2 minutes away. If you purchase the zone 1-3 travel ticket for the metro, you can ride everything anytime and it’s only 10 euros per day if you buy them at the service counter in the metro station.
