Nicely renovated property. Lobby is visually appealing. Hallways are slightly dark and sexy. This hotel has poor management that clearly lack skills and educational background. A couple in front of me were speaking to Reem, a hotel manager. Unsure what the issue was about, but the way she spoke to them really shined light on her character, lack of education and class. After the couple left, she snapped at a front desk agent for getting her involved. I’ve never seen such poor customer service at a Marriott property. Other hiccups through out the stay that were brought up to other manager Thomas were handled incorrectly. They clearly don’t know terms and conditions set forth by Marriott and do whatever they please. This hotel is clearly owned by some investor that has provided the property with a low budget, clearly reflecting in the management team they could afford to hire.
