The hotel security is good he's performing his duty, the receptionist is not always in the reception but every time the guests need assistance they always go to reception to give a good response to everyone.

good for stay near the airport. tho got downgraded due to overbooking, yet no refund. room is good enough for short stay.

It was a pretty good time when I was there. The staffs and security personnel were very polite. Although the location seems to be pretty hard to find, but other than that it was a good hotel to stay with.

I didn't expect anything from the hotel since I just stay couple hours for the transit.
The location is not far from the airport and easy to find, there are convenient store nearby, the staff was so nice and helpful, the room function is good even for the long stay, however there was a cockroach in my room, I was almost scream but I was too tired to do anything with it only chase it away.
