Service was excellent we went for my sons birthday and they did not disappoint. The pool/spa was lovely. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast buffet was fully stacked with everything you could think of. The staff even prepared a birthday cake surprise!

The receptionists Camila, Chloe and Henry were very warm, friendly and helpful. The Executive Lounge was well presented and provided adequate drinks and snacks. The bedroom was spacious and the breakfast had various options. The chef who took the orders was friendly and efficient. The swimming pool was well maintained, however the bathrooms in the change room appeared to be not adequately maintained and cleaned.

Amazing Stay at Pullman Auckland! I recently stayed at Pullman Auckland, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered breathtaking views of the city. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a dream every night. The hotel facilities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the pool and spa area, which was a wonderful place to relax after exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was

Still a great hotel with excellent staff and service but residences room are starting to get tatty - needs drapes replaced & shaving mirror supplied. We stay here regularly.

Everytime I travel to Auckand. I will try to stay in this hotel. Just aside the CBD with green environment. Walking distance to CBD.

only stay here if you are going to university of auckland which is nearby, but even then i think the four points near AUT is better since this hotel is okd

My stay the Pullman was very nice. The staff were very helpful during my stay. The room was very cozy and the bed and linens were very comfortable. I would def stay here again on my next trip
