酒店硬件不錯，純純度假酒店，用餐也很豐富，在塞浦路斯小島上算是不錯了。確定是離拉納卡機場比較遠一百公里左右，打車也得一個多小時。

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It is immaculately clean and looked after and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The guest relations manager Greta is an absolute asset to the hotel. We had a slight issue with noisy neighbours (not the hotels fault) and Greta could not have been more helpful. We were able to move rooms and she checked in with us everyday when she seen us around the hotel to make sure we were happy which we were. I am not usually a fan of going all inclusive as I am usually weary of buffet style food. However, the food was great every single night. Different theme each night and the food was so fresh. You are able to see the chefs cooking the food in front of you and replenishing it regularly. The head chef is always around the restaurant chatting to people and making sure everyone is happy. I will definitely return to this hotel as I have never stayed anywhere before that has made me feel so welcome. Thank you

Lovely clean spacious rooms Good food Plenty of places to relax and to swim. The local area is very nice lots of places to eat. Friendly staff Spa is exceptional value. Lovely staff. Very relaxing and calm.

The only good thing in this hotel is the personnel. The room is dark with cheap furniture and cheap curtains. The toilet seat its almost fallen and by the bathtub is mould. I don't understand why people don't say it at it is. People are spending good money on a hotel that it should be advertised as 2 stars maximum. Not 4. If you want to be disappointed then book here. Not to forget to mention, the bus didn't even drop us in front of the hotel but in the middle of the road. The pool is shallow. I've spent £3000 for such a poor hotel and I'm beyond disappointed.

My wife and I stayed from 8th- 22nd May , in a room overlooking the pool.From checking in to checking out , the staff throughout the hotel were absolutely fantastic , so attentive , friendly and hard working , nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile.The hotel is spotlessly clean , the rooms are spacious and have a safe and air conditioning ,the pool area has very comfy sunbeds. The food in the restaurant is the best all-inclusive food we have ever eaten ,with so much choice and a different theme every night . Perfect location just short walk to the sea front and harbour. Can’t wait to visit again next year.

Therapists Christine and Rania The spa is worth a visit. Lots of treatments on offer and lovely massages. Staff are very friendly and approachable and provide you with lots of information before your treatment. Very relaxing addition to your holiday.

Therapists Rania and Paola Went for a 70 min massage and it was fantastic. All the stuff are really friendly and helpful. They even move my appointment to accommodate a massage for my 5 year old. I would highly recommend during your stay here. Five stars.

Just got home from a 7 night stay at this hotel what an amazing holiday we have all had ! Cannot fault anything at all food amazing, staff welcoming and helpful, hotel spotless, great location, the entertainment team were the best we have ever seen they were all brilliant! Definitely recommend it travelled with family Inc 2 young children. Would definitely return thank you all so much and a big thank you to the maids who kept our room spotless

We stayed here in early May and had the most wonderful holiday. The hotel itself was beautiful, welcoming and so clean. We were upgraded when we arrived, from one large room to one large room with an additional bedroom which gave us a bit more freedom for our young children’s naps etc. a really lovely touch! The food was absolutely exceptional, a real highlight of the trip. The buffet always had so many delicious and interesting options. The fresh salads changed every day and included lots of lovely seafood and locally grown produce. The hot options too were endless with something for everyone, every night. The food was so flavoursome and fresh. The executive chef took so much pride in his cooking and visited the dining room in the evening to ensure everyone was happy with his offerings. The desert selections were so impressive too, so many tasty options every night! The other thing I would love to highlight is the staff, and how they went above and beyond every single day. The staff in the restaurant were pure gold, all showing such an interest in our kids and how our holiday was going. My four year old loved going to meals to see his friends in the restaurant team and tell them what he had been doing that day! George and Teta stood out to us as such warm, friendly people who genuinely try to make everyone’s holiday the best it can be. My kids were unfortunately sick for a day or two during our stay there and the guest services manager went out of her way to ensure they were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Luckily this didn’t spoil our holiday as there was so much left to do! We loved the kids pool and play park, both of which we visited every day. The new entertainment team had just arrived for the summer but made an effort to come and talk to my kids during their training and played with them during the discos etc. Mary was so lovely, we wish we got to know her better! I really can’t thank the entire team at Sofiana enough for the most wonderful holiday. We can’t wait to come back, hopefully soon!!
