Hotel City Pride, Panipat

The hotel manager did not arrange the proper breakfast which is included in the hotel booking advance

Hotel is connected to g t road highway and rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is ok. Cleanliness is ok

We have been travelling India for over 8 months and I can honestly say this is the worst hotel we have stayed at. The first night the lock didn’t work in the room so had to move rooms. The bed was rock hard and only had a single quilt on a double bed. The bathroom was dirty. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great. Staff We decided to upgrade to the better room the following night. What a mistake that was. Bed was awful, no shower and no Wi-Fi. Staff attitude is terrible. Location is awful. The only good thing about the place was the food although they got the order wrong most times. This hotel is way overpriced and we would definitely not recommend. We couldn’t wait to leave.

Entrance to the property is sited beside semi open sewage drain, so constant smell. Building work next door till 9. 30pm. Hotel beside 4 lane highway, constant noise and dust. Food was good. The toilet in room was leaking to shower floor. The room door would not lock. In my view the hotel is lacking maintenance and they are unwilling to spend any money. It is being run into the ground. And is trying to achieve as much money through the doors as possible with little outlay. Very unprofessional at desk. The manager owner very rude and non committal.

The staff is very active and helpful. The food is also very tasty 😋.

Warm welcome by staff and rooms are also neat and clean and staff behaviour and services are well satisfied…Good experience
