Hotel Oasi

Lovely hotel & great location. Our second visit here & would not go anywhere else. . Thermal pool is a great place to chill out & cool off. Comfy sunbeds surround it. No bar open out of high season but staff always got us drinks & snacks when required from their off site restaurant where breakfast was served every morning. Rooms decorated nice & very Panarean- highly recommend

The day of my stay in Panarea rainfalls and storm was forecasted in Panarea. The ferry got canceled because of ‘unsafe weather conditions’ however, the hotel wouldn’t care at all. They charged full amount without even discussing or negotiating a possible compromise. The staff was rude and unprofessional and they openly said that they only work 2 months per year and they need to make money regardless of the guests experience.

Overall Panarea is a nice island but 2 days are clearly enough as the pricing also in comparison to the other Eolian Islands is very expensive. We stayed in an apartment called Villa Rocce Rossa which was nice overall with a very nice terrace which you share with the other party in the apartment next to us ( but we knew that) The room is small but ok , the shower could be refurbished . Overall is was quite loud especially as it is not far from the noisy port (additionally there was a very loud wedding which you cannot the hotel blame for) The big disappointment was the service, they were not answering on the contact form on their website and not to emails on ***********. So we called to arrange the transfer from the port a few days before we arrived but actually nobody was there and then we called again after we arrived and no excuse and then she picked us up as the last passengers of the whole boat, all others were gone. And the worst was we had to leave the receptionist who introduced herself as principal told us that we should call her before we leave if she could bring us to the port. When we called her 30min before the boat was about to leave she did not pick up the phone and did not call back so that we had to pull the 2 big suitcases 400m over the bumpy roads to the port. Overall average experience with a poor person responsible for the reception.

We are on a sailing trip. Unfortunately due to changed winds we were unable to reach panarea. We had to cancel the reservation. Two days later we managed to get to panarea but the hotel denied a refund, which is understandable. But they also denied a voucher, a change in date, or any other kind of service. The hotel reservation was made late in the afternoon and cancelled within 2 hours. The claim they could have sold the room to another guest (at the end of the season on an empty island) is therefore a total lie. For a 300 euro hotel night you would have expected the hotel - which deals with sailing trips frequently - to have a different reaction. Very disappointing. We cannot draw any other conclusion than that this hotel is after nothing more than your money. Shame on them.

Struttura immersa in una vera oasi di verde molto curato, accogliente. Piscina con acque termali rilassante e tenuta con cura. Lo staff eccellente. Ristorante da Pina stessa proprietà spettacolo….chef da applausi ! I proprietari sono stati a dir poco squisiti……..hanno pure consentito gratuitamente di utilizzare la struttura fino a tardo pomeriggio prima della nostra partenza ….. non sempre si trovano gestori di strutture così generosi che tengono a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti, posto spettacolare, silenzioso, camere molto pulite e letti comodi senza nulla togliere alla bellezza e la cura dei particolari sia nell'esterno che interno dell'Hotel, bellissima la piscina... Cos'altro dire il posto perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia.

L'hotel è immerso in un bel giardino con alle spalle la montagna. Al centro del giardino c'è la piccola piscina che onestamente è carina ma l'acqua era opaca. La nostra camera era grande e carina. Colazione nel vicino ristorante da Pina buona. Unica cosa nessuno è venuto a prenderci in porto e nemmeno ci ha riaccompagnati al momento della partenza mentre altri hotel facevano questo servizio, anche su altre isole gli alberghi ci hanno preventivamente chiesto ora di sbarco e al nostro arrivo c'era qualcuno ad aspettarci.

Sono stata con mio marito in questo hotel per 2 notti. Posso dire che sono tutti veramente gentili e disponibili. La ragazza della reception è veramente graziosa e disponibile. C è un giardino di una bellezza unica, profumi e colori indescrivibili! Complimenti al giardiniere. Piscina carina con dei bei idromassaggi. Camera graziosa, pulita, materasso comodo. C era ogni confort! Ci tornerei! Grazie hotel Oasi

Una vera oasi di pace incastonata nel cuore della celeberrima movida isolana. Resort curatissimo in tutto: pulizia, verde comune, piscina termale, riassetto delle camere, accoglienza. Assistenza continua, cortesia, gentilezza. Non sapremmo come avremmo fatto senza Federica, la receptionist: una ragazza per tutte le stagioni! Sempre attiva, pronta, cortese e con il sorriso sempre sulle labbra. Una presenza, direi, insostituibile. Anche Luciano ed il suo collaboratore, sempre presenti. Spettacolari anche le ville messe a disposizione fuori dal resort che sicuramente sperimenteremo l’anno prossimo. Da non perdere!!!!!
