The location was perfect. Off Avenida Balboa, good proximity to everywhere I wanted to visit. I liked that there is a quiet driveway to get in to the hotel property, and it is not directly on a busy street. The breakfast was a plus.

The dirtiest hotel room in my life. Couldn't even think of walking barefoot in the room, or touching the remote or the phone. Hair everywhere, dirt on the floor and on the furniture. On top of that, old and broken furniture. Do not go there.

The room was dirty, moldy and smelling. The bed were not made when we got there, missing towels, the safe was broken, no bath math, no tissues. We had to call and go down 5-6 times foe every issues. We asked to see the manager, he was never there. The hotel is big, 62 floors, empty, no staff, no customers. The restaurants are all closed, except too. The bars are close. Book somewhere else.

In ******* terms, the ceiling is 5 stars , but this place deserve 7 stars. Ricardo, the manager is a phenomenal person and professional . He was attentive to all our needs and we felt like he was always taking care of us . The staff, is just amazing . Carla, Sulema, Olivia , Diana and many others whose names I could not get , they are all extremely kind and professional people . It really felt like home and I sincerely mean it . I travel a lot and I am normally satisfied with the places I stay as I choose them carefully. However this is the first time , I am calling a hotel , home away from home . This is a major facility , possibly the biggest structure under one roof in Panama . But it was functioning as if it was a boutique hotel . That’s how successful the management and staff were . An amazing absolute experience . This 3 weeks stay was just great . I can’t find enough words to thank everyone in the hotel , from the valet, reception to all the staff in the hotel . Thank you very much everyone , it was such a great pleasure

I didnt actually stay. My credit card info was stolen and successfully used at this hotel. Clearly the staff did not ask for appropriate identification to go with the credit card. Staff should have to pay me for my time and effort in trying to get this resolved.

The property appeared to once be a thriving business along with the mall. But on this trip, there were several floors that used to be in use but now are vacant. The floors with bars and restaurants that are open were nice and that the breakfast was good.

This property isn’t worth the price. Not as advertised.. restaurants are closed more worried about their smoking and guest policy then tell guests what is actually open.. No transportation to airport as advertised except the cab driver standing out front who is 3 x higher than Uber.

Beautiful hotel & friendly staff! There is a musty smell but they brought us a humidifier which really helped.

I was a little hesitant to book this hotel due to some of the previous reviews. Our stay was fine though, and I would stay there again.
The best part was the staff. All over the hotel, and especially the restaurants, pool area, and breakfast area, the staff were amazing! I would like to give a shout out to Jessica and Jose in Ciao, and Sulema at the Float Bar.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
The hotel is huge and was fun to explore. The rooftop club was a lot of fun.
The only issues we encountered were the check in was slow. Also, it takes 15 minutes to get hot water in the shower. It is fine, but I hate seeing all that wasted water.
