Hotel seems brand new. Very clean and the decor is top quality. Food ordered during room service was good. Pool and rooftop was nice. Would definitely recommend staying here

The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

Stay was perfect with nice location. Safety standards were good. Breakfast buffet was very nice spread. Pool is on top floor which is not perfect as too heated up during the day sun.

I really like the ambience of the hotel and food was fabulous they specially prepared the food with no onions and no garlic as I am allergic

It was my first stay of the Gia trip from Pune. I stayed for couple of nights there with my family; wife and daughter (6 yrs). It was really a memorable stay and very good experience. The food was with great taste. We had breakfast in our package and had a menu food on the top floor restaurant. Good combination of dishes and great taste. The entire restaurant staff was very good, Uday, Blish, Suraj, Anand Verma ***** with other staff, all of them were so courteous and attentive. Supriya at the front desk ***** with her staff made us really comfortable. The room was upgraded to the Sea view as per our request, our daughter was overjoyed with having bathtub that too with bubble soap. They gifted my daughter the chocolates and soft toys which is a great memory for her. In all its wonderful experience and great Hospitality with THE Personal touch. We will always remember this stay for the comfort and Hospitality ***** with great Food.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, their approach to the give hospitality to the guests is something unmatched special thanks to anand he was really helpful apart from that the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and how well-maintained the entire property was. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I had a really pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, these people will go out of the box to make sure that you will have a great stay, specially Lawan and Anand these guys were really great and helpful apart from that the check-in process was smooth and efficient. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One thing that really stood out was the attention to detail — whether it was the fresh towels, the well-kept facilities, or the overall atmosphere, everything felt well thought out. And the view from the rooftop was just out of the world. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m around!
