The property itself was nice and it was centrally located. The room had red ants at night (they didn’t bite) and the lights were the really white bulbs that hurt my eyes. Limited outlets, so take a power *****.

Nice large room, but very dated and noisy. Good value and nice breakfast. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Overpriced, little hot water, WiFi didn’t work, wrong remote for tv, checkin was unprofessional and I wouldn’t eat the included breakfast once I saw the dingy breakfast room. The only pluses were large room, clean and good towels. But at $70 per night, you can do much better. Also on a very noisy street!

The staff was very nice but my room was small, dated, and did not seem very clean. The bathroom was tiny and creepy, there was a giant spider in the room, and I just overall did not feel comfortable here. The location is convenient (just 1 street over from Calle Santander) but at night the street is very dark to walk along.

Staff and management very friendly and efficient. Property at a glance looks great, location within distance of the lake.
The room however needs some updating, old carpets on part of the floor, windows and doors need screens to prevent bugs from coming in. Shower and restroom to enclosed and in need of screens on windows to be able to leave those open.

I couldn't be more grateful for the hosts at this property. It was a beautiful setting and great sized rooms. Unfortunately, I received some devastating news and had to get back to the UK ASAP. They could not have been more hospitable, Roberto was a true guardian angel who helped us to get back to the airport when no other transport was available. I will forever be truly grateful for the support you gave. Would 100% recommend this place. Thanks again 😊
