Overall good only the WiFi is not stable

The location is near the department store and many restaurants around and near the old town, the staff is really helpful and nice.

Personal agradable, céntrico y muy limpio

El hotel totalmente renovado tiene muy amplias habitaciones, con buen nivel de confort y decoración. Su ubicación es perfecta, de facil acceso, en un entorno que asegura el descanso, y permite visitar a pie todo el casco viejo. Una muy buena elección.

相較於價格，硬件設施不是特別好。但是客服還可以。早餐也行，也算乾淨吧

Amazing hotel Close to everything and the front desk gave directions to everything I wanted to find. Excellent breakfast and staff Thank you for a wonderful overnight stay on my way to Saint Jean-de-Pied to start my Camino.

Close to the old city but with all the modern amenities I enjoy when traveling

Location was very good. Staff were good. Hotel room facing street had very poor acoustic insulation - street noise & people talking on street kept me up all night.

What an excellent hotel. Certainly worth its star rating, if not more. Exceptional room. Great breakfast, but no evening restaurant – thought that would be a problem, but after one night eating out, I can see why; there are so many great eateries in Pamplona that no one would stay inside the hotel to eat!! Excellent location with good parking, 15-minute walk from hotel to the centre of all that is Pamplona. Will use this hotel again if and when we come back to this amazing city.

Excellent location! Enjoyed the pool and the lobby bar made the best gin and tonics. Highly recommend this hotel!

stayed for one night before the San Fermin festivity. We should have book this hotel for more days because of its proximity to city center and to all events.

The security staff during the night was terrible. Asking very aggressive about the wrist band to go in. I tried to explain him i just arrived and didn't have any wrist band, i had to tell him i am go in and call the police if you want. After traveling all day the last thing i want was to argue. Hotel is awesome and the ubication excellent.
