I would like to thank the staff for their exceptionally high level of hospitality and dedicated service. I have never encountered such friendly, welcoming, and attentive staff before. Anita, Jaume and Adrian in the kitchen were particularly outstanding for me. Please make sure to appreciate them! The five-star service and the outstanding quality of the food were impressive, especially the top-notch breakfast!

Fantastic experience in all aspects. The gym 24 hours is a must . The staff friendly and fast. The pool , two pools really.. The Bar staff , the breakfast very , very good. The Hotel was recommended by my son and I also recommended to everyone. I will be back soon. The relation quality price in my point of view is very good although that s very subjective. The beach in front of the hotel is amazing and chill is welcome , at least in May. The restaurant a little bit expensive but the food tasty and fancy.

Amazing hotel and a lovely experience overall. Location wise you are right on the beachfront with amazing views from your room and for breakfast. Only downside to the rooms was that the beds were uncomfortable but they were well sized and pillows soft! We also noticed that if you went for breakfast after 10:00 (finishes at 11:00) some stations were already being packed away/not re-filled. Looking to return later in the year though as it is a beautiful hotel.

This hotel was AMAZING! From the staff, to the food, the views, and the vibes, this hotel was 5/5 stars. Every single staff we spoke to was kind and helpful. We were always greeted with a warm welcome whenever we walked through the doors. This hotel was right on the beach providing great access to the sand & water and so many restaurants. It was so nice to walk out of our hotel room and have multiple options for food and drinks. The poolside chairs were comfortable, the drinks were great, and their in-house DJ played fun music! The rooms were nicely done, clean, cool, plus it was so relaxing to hang out on our patio every night. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a couple or friends.

Very beautiful hotel, staf is perfect but, the area and sound in hotel is Horrible. Just like a party hotel with bachelors. The music begin 12.00 Till night very loud. Not a hotel for relax!! We are happy that we rent a car. Next to the perfect breakfast in a hurry away !!! Very expensive for only sleep. We are not relax coming home:( the area Around the hotel is just like magaluf :(

Where do I start. From the moment my family and I arrived booking 3 rooms at Zel we were surprised that checking was self serve not smooth sailing especially after a long flight. The hotel is lovely, clean and right on the beach. The staff have big attitude the only word that is in they're vocabulary is Halo. Never asked how are you? hows your day etc etc. The hotel has no security the lifts to your rooms are accessible by anyone even random people from the beach can get the lift up to all levels. After being out all day I came back and my room door was open. Thinking the cleaning staff member must still be inside, not the case. The hotel allows anyone to use amenities free of charge, the pool beds are taken up all day guests are not treated with priority. The coffee well that's another story. Bitter and full of froth. Don't expect any help from staff if you need a kick-start coffee at the start of your day they have no intention of servicing you. It's an inconvenience to them. Be careful with the advertising PRIVATE PARKING this comes at a huge cost from memory 25 euro a day WOW. My family have a list long so I will leave it at that. Staff can ruin your experience 150% and this is exactly what these staff members did.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at the Zel. From the first moment, at arrival, we were made to feel special and were offered a cold drink (we chose beer) from fridge and easelessly led through the check-in process. Our prior room request had not only been accommodated but actually exceeded. The lack of reception desk works well, with plenty of staff available to help in a manner that I would describe as “unobtrusively attentive” but always friendly. Having visited this hotel on more than 20 occasions over 20 years, and although the sea view rooms are absolutely stunning, we choose a high-floor street view premium room as we enjoy the mid-afternoon to evening sun on the balcony for a sundowner. Having booked in February 2023, before rebranding as Zel, we were able to choose half-board (not now an option). This was honoured, and were offered a good subset of the Beso Beach menu. Indeed, as my wife is mostly vegetarian, they even arranged an additional 4 options specially for her. We were always treated so well and promptly by the wonderful Beso Beach staff. I’d seen some reviews about the style and volume of music but we found it great, and helping to release an inner youthfulness in a relatively older couple! The outside space is very relaxing and has a unique vibe for Palmanova, and the location by the stunning beach is unrivalled. Although, unfortunately, after 3 days my wife was an emergency admission to hospital, all at the hotel were so supportive, caring and understanding to me during what was an unexpected and traumatic last week of our holiday. The Zel was a welcome oasis in between the daily visits to my wife in hospital in Palma. We love the Zel and its Med concept, which I can only describe as “IT JUST WORKS”

One of the best experiences we’ve had so far! The hotel itself is a masterpiece, just take a look at the photos, the same you see in real life. I would not call people who work there just “staff” as they are truly your partners who help with any requests you have. They are friendly, always say Hola , smile and ready to assist. Apparently, there is some internal communication system through their earphones allowing them to be proactive and the team is always aware of what needs to be done for whom. A special big thanks to Nico and Lucia for their great job! You guys rock! Nico is super friendly, responsible and attentive. Same goes to Lucia! She is very attentive, prepared nice gifts for our holiday and knows how to build communication. Thank you! Nik
