Had a great time staying here, we received great service the entire time, including in-room massages and a very long list of restaurant and cafe recommendations.
The hotel is walking distance to the center of Palermo and lots of great places to eat, but options on the same street are limited. This was fine for us but may not be the best choice for others who want to have restaurants and shops immediately accessible upon walking out of the hotel.
The room was very clean and comfortable.

As soon as I made the booking on ******* (for later the same day), I got a message from one of the hosts confirming the booking and asking when we would be arriving for check-in. We arrived on a boat from the port, so the walk over was short (about 5 minutes). Check-in was smooth, the hosts are extremely friendly, the rooms are very neat, clean, and are in a newly-renovated building. We needed a taxi for 30 minutes after we checked-in, and our hosts arranged that for us. I highly recommend this location, we are regular visitors of Palermo so we will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent room, very clean and newly renovated. Easy walk to sights. I thought parking was affiliated with apartment. I managed to find on street, but it’s tricky for a foreigner to know what is ok. They also suggested a garage but that’s also a challenge if one is unfamiliar. Except for that misunderstanding, it was a very nice, convenient place with responsive service.

It was great, very clean apartments and they treated us very well. They gave us tips for Palermo and they brought us two typical cannolis. I would totally recommend stay here. Easy free parking behind the building and just 5 min walking to the city center. Thank you guys!
