Such a lovely place! The rooms are big and comfortable and I had my own bathroom ensuite. The location couldn’t be better: right in the middle of everything that there is to see. I was definitely recommended to all my friends.! Thank you Federica! Xxx

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and spacious… with a lovely balcony and a sumptuous breakfast. Directions for check in were clear with lots of useful information about the area, public transport and where to eat. We were able to leave out luggage there on the day of departure, which was great as we were only flying at 9pm. Will definitely be making a return visit. Thank you

In a relatively quiet street off the main drag and halfway between the relaxed Piazza Politeana and the bustling Piazza Giuseppe Verdi, it's hard to imagine a better location for a visit to this interesting and surprisingly laid-back city. The hotel itself is modest but has most things you might need, except for a fridge in the room (which to me is a necessity in such a warm climate). There are no staff on after 11 am. Breakfast costs extra.

Well hard to communicate other than Italian, secondly worst bed I have ever experience, shower was very small and water was leaking from every side of shower had, old looking place
Area was ok and close to everything but will never rebook it if I’m back in palermo.

This place is great except for curb appeal of the building it is in! It looks run down and not appealing first impression. But once you go inside it’s very nice and better than many hotels in the area and entire Italy frankly!
Friendly helpful staff, close proximity to temples, good eateries downstairs and FREE parking makes this a great B&B for those driving travelers to the area.

This property was wonderful and a great value. The room is spacious and very clean. The room also had a lot of amenities and special small touches that made it very comfortable for six night stay. It also have plenty of wardrobe room. The bed is definitely very firm. But the bedding came with four pillows along with the good quality bedding and extra blankets. The bathroom is pretty spacious. The shower itself is small, but had great water, pressure and plenty of hot water. The location of the property was amazing and check-in was extremely easy with explicit instructions along with pictures. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was always helpful and ready to enhance your trip in any way they could. The property is located just steps away from large intersections of walking streets and close to all historical sites and plenty of cafés in bars in the area. Overall, our stay was exquisite.

Perfect location, at the end of the main street. Breakfast was super, typical italian (croissant, fruit, lemon jam,honey, espresso/cappucino, juice), but also served us with cassatas, Sicilian biscuits and honey and alond milk. The staff were very kind. They try to explain us what should to visit, where to should go. We have in our room a little balcony with street view, but didn't have noisy from the street, but we were have also in the room ear plugs, in the case of noise, but we didn't use it. We can leave in the b&b the luggages after check-out. The b&b have a common mini fridge, in it have bottled water, which we can take. Sometimes I have problem with internet connection, but after a few log in and log out the problem was solved

We have just stayed here for 3 nights and what a pleasant stay! Right from the beginning the hosts were extremely accomadating, from getting in touch with us a few days before to explain the after hours check in process to outlining some personal recommendations and providing a detailed map. Breakfast was wonderful with each day having at least one new little thing to try (The almond milk and Cannoli were a favourite)
Overall cleanliness was very good and the little terrace you get was charming. Location is fantastic, a stones throw from the centre.
It can be a little noisy in the evening but to be expected given the location....the earplugs provided came in handy ha!
Thank you for a wonderful stay and a providing a lovely base for visiting a superd city

We appreciate how quickly the staff reaponded. It was nice to have a breakfast provided. The furniture has pretty motifs. The bed was hard and the shower was tiny and narrow. The AC took some time to build up to a comfortable temperature.
