Via Roma 315 Bed and Breakfast

Great location. Valentina was so lovely and friendly and gave us and early check in and an amazing breakfast. It was a nice touch that we could help ourselves to coffee, tea and water whenever we liked from the breakfast area. The room was exceptionally clean and very nicely decorated with everything you could need for a great stay in Palermo.

Perfect location, close to all sights. Valentina is a perfect host: excellent communication before arrival and throughout stay. Room was clean, well equipped and good air con. Free Wi-Fi. A shuttle can be arranged from airport at 40 euros. Would gladly return here. Thankyou Valentina.

The room was for three people (me and my elderly parents) and it was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The private bathroom was also spacious, clean and the shower, toilet and other fixtures seemed fairly new. The location is easy to access from Palermo Central train station either by foot (about a 20 minutes walk) or by bus (2-3 stops down one of the main streets directly in front of the train station). Though the B&B is in a regular apartment building, I felt safe as the main entrance and our own room had separate locks that can only be accessed by those who are in contact with the friendly staff. The proprietor was very helpful by calling and texting with me about arrival, restaurants and other amenities and attractions near the B&B. Although we had to leave earlier than when the breakfast staff arrived on the morning of our departure, they warmly invited us to partake of all they had to offer in their cozy breakfast nook. The only downside is if you're looking for an "American breakfast" you won't find it here. However, in my strong opinion, when traveling in another country one should not expect that meals and customs are going to be exactly like one's culture and country of origin. So on the level of Italian breakfast traditions, the food was abundant and there was a variety from cake to toast, cold cuts and cheeses to yogurt, coffee and tea and all the condiments that are best with that fare. And the staff are ready to accommodate some dietary needs (including gluten free) if given a bit of advance notice. I found our stay pleasant and quiet and very satisfactory.

We spent 3 nights a this B&B and couldn't have chosen better. Central location to get to the famous spots / restaurants in Palermo (more or less in walking distance - less stress). Valentina, who runs this place was very helpfull and kind. The rooms are different furnished, the noice of the Via Roma won't disturb your sleep because of new windows in this building. We arranged the pick up and return to the Airport with Valentina, which was perfect and to a very moderate price.

Valentina owns the loveliest air b&b I’ve ever been too. The room is in an ancient building, but it’s comfortable, everything is new, it has a great bathroom, air conditioner, etc. Also, Valentin herself is a lovely person, always happy to help and the best host you can hope for. Oh, and I have to mention the breakfast. It is amazing. Croissants with pistacchio or lemon cream, juices, coffee, toasts, fresh fruit. Everything is perfect. If I come back to Palermo, I will definitely try to stay here again. Thanks Valentina and your group for making us feel at home.

Via Roma 315 è a mio parere la miglior soluzione per trascorrere alcuni giorni a Palermo, in primis per la posizione ottimale: non solo si trova a poca distanza dalla zona centrale dei Quattro Canti (e dal mercato della Vucciria), ma, a qualche metro, è anche presente la fermata del bus navetta che effettua il percorso stazione centrale-aeroporto. Inoltre, dispone anche di un garage nelle vicinanze per chi lo necessiti. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una camera ampia, spaziosa, ben attrezzata e molto funzionale, con un bagno di dimensioni notevoli (disponeva addirittura di due lavandini). Comodissimo il letto, stanza silenziosa nonostante il costante traffico della zona, aria condizionata rigenerante. Davvero molto gentile e disponibile la Sig.ra Valentina, che ci ha consentito il chek-in anticipato e ci ha anche permesso di lasciare i bagagli in struttura il giorno della partenza sino a pomeriggio inoltrato, permettendoci di girare agevolmente la città in attesa dell’orario del volo. Il B&B dispone anche di una sala comune che, oltre a poter essere utilizzata per le colazioni (su prenotazione), mette a disposizione degli ospiti the, caffè, snacks e un frigo con acqua fresca e altri prodotti. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti numerosi locali dove assaggiare la cucina locale e negozi per tutti i gusti. Ci siamo sentiti come se avessimo un “nostro” appartamento a Palermo e ci torneremo sicuramente. Complimenti !

Posizione strategica per la visita della città. Camere spaziose e dotate di tutti i confort. La proprietaria Valentina è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato molti consigli sia sulle cose da visitare sia sui ristoranti. Esperienza molto positiva! Consigliato!

Il B&B è situato in ottima posizione. Praticamente adiacente alla Rinascente e alla Vucciria, consente di raggiungere agevolmente a piedi le straordinarie bellezze di Palermo. Valentina ci ha accolto con grande simpatia e gentilezza e ospitato in una stanza piacevolmente arredata e dotata di ogni comfort, tranquillamente affacciata su una viuzza interna. Ha gestito anche il rilascio del pass per l'accesso alla ZTL dove abbiamo parcheggiato la vettura. La mattina ci ha servito una gustosa colazione e perfino lasciato le chiavi dopo il check-out per poter ritirare i bagagli depositati fino alla partenza. Per completare, rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.
