Struttura molto carina e personale gentile. Siamo stati due volte in questo hotel. La volta scorsa abbiamo avuto una camera migliore. Tutto sommato consigliato.

The breakfast at this hotel is simply outstanding, providing a delightful start to each day of my stay. The wide variety of dishes catered to all dietary needs and preferences, ensuring that every guest found something to enjoy. From freshly baked pastries to omelettes and a selection of coffees, the breakfast spread was a true culinary delight. The impeccable service provided by the attentive and friendly receptionists ( especially Davide) added an extra touch of warmth to my mornings. They greeted guests with genuine smiles, promptly seating them and ensuring that their dining experience exceeded expectations. The receptionist's attentiveness to detail and willingness to accommodate special requests truly made me feel like a valued guest.

Hotel very central, staff friendly and helpful, good selection for Breakfast. Rooms very comfortable and clean, very reasonable priced. highly recommend this hotel when visiting the beautiful city of Padua

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay in Padua at the M14 hotel. Thanks to the staff for making it comfortable and easy! Breakfast was also great with a selection of cooked and continental items, coffee and juices. Great location too just a short walk from the famous elliptical plaza and Main Street leading to the centre of town. Amazing bars and restaurants lined this street so plenty of choice.

We were 80 persons with school excursion. At check in the receptionist was unfriendly and uncollaborative. They charged us for parking space for bus, which is not usual for the hotel guests. On the photo is so called 3 bedroom bed. Next day we were stacked in traffic and when we called to advise them that we may be late for the dinner, we've been told that we will be charged if we are late. Next day they charged us 150 EUR because some guests apparently left cose the kids were too loud. Interesting is that they didn't ask us that money in the morning while check out, we've been asked when we came in afternoon cose bus waited us in the hotel yard. When we asked for the proofs, we didn't got straight answer and two receptionists were talking different story. They tryed to get extra money out of as all the time. Several beds were broken so some kids needed to sleep 2 kids in one bed. In bathroom water was everywhere while taking a shower and in some toilets' water was pouring out while pulling the water. Those photos at Trip Adviser are made with special lance and makes everything looks much better than it is. At receive for parking, says "Deposite". Vegeterian dinnneer option was 1 scrambeled egg, french fries and peace of cheap cheese althout they where informed in advance that there was vegeterians in the group. 2nd night was better. Only good thing is a location.

Was taking a course abroad with my class from university. Padova was our second stop on the trip and my favorite by far, and the staff at the M14 are definitely a large part of why. The people in Padova in general are simply fantastic. The staff here went out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued during our stay while also wanting to have some fun with us which was amazing! I will definitely be coming back as soon as I can. Thank you guys for an amazing stay. :)

Personal is kind and welcoming, the location is strategic. The infrastructure is poorly maintained. Bed was decided in two and easily moving away. Shower with no pressure and temperature was not stable Our rooms was very small, and not nice. Parking available but not included. Breakfast very poor. For the price paid the service is not proportional.

chambre petite 10M2 et non conforme aux photos du site, bruyante, WC bain exigus, il faut ouvrir la douche pour s'asseoir sur le WC, prises électriques dangereuses, clim et TV en panne à notre arrivée, nuits blanches, réveil 5h30. Petit déjeuner et accueil très moyen, parking payant exiguë et dangereux pour la voiture.

All'arrivo c'è stata data una stanza diversa da quanto prenotato (doveva essere con vista e con balcone, come da prenotazione). Alla reception è stato detto che la camera a noi destinata era però di livello più alto, rispetto a quelle con balcone (che, sempre a detta del personale, non presentavano però né bidet né box doccia). Abbiamo soggiornato invece in una stanza a piano terra, che dava sul parcheggio (quindi zero privacy), con una sola finestra apribile a ribalta (per ovvi motivi), nel complesso cupa e spoglia. Inoltre non rispettava gli standard di pulizia: abbiamo trovato addirittura sul comodino un bicchiere mezzo pieno lasciato probabilmente da precedenti ospiti?). Mancanti inoltre spazi di appoggio in bagno e diversi oggetti/parti della stanza risultavano rotte e usurate. Il prezzo era assolutamente alto perché era comprensivo solo della camera: parcheggio a pagamento per 19€ a notte (con un cartello in inglese, probabilmente per stranieri, che invece diceva 30€), colazione non inclusa, il frigobar completamente vuoto. La stanza era inoltre sprovvista di un telefono per contattare la reception in caso di emergenza. Che dire? Una pessima esperienza, con la brutta sensazione di essere stati presi in giro. L'unica nota positiva è il personale cortese e la posizione comoda per il centro di Padova.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 14 al 15 settembre con un gruppo di 42 persone, avendo prenotato 28 camere con largo anticipo nel mese di marzo. Purtroppo, l’esperienza è stata tutt'altro che soddisfacente. All'arrivo, il personale si è dimostrato completamente impreparato, e la gestione del check-in è stata caotica. Diverse camere presentavano seri problemi: alcune erano senza corrente, altre non avevano acqua calda e altre ancora non erano state nemmeno pulite prima del nostro arrivo. La situazione non è migliorata durante la colazione. Ci era stato chiesto di presentarci alle 08:30, e abbiamo rispettato l'orario. Tuttavia, la sala colazioni non era sufficientemente grande per ospitare il nostro gruppo, né gli altri ospiti presenti. Alcuni membri del nostro gruppo non sono riusciti a trovare posto a sedere per consumare la colazione, creando disagio e confusione. Inoltre, il personale di sala era disorganizzato e poco coordinato. La macchina del caffè era fuori uso, e il buffet non è stato rifornito a dovere: mancava praticamente tutto. Infine, al momento del check-out, avrei voluto ricontrollare i conti (dato che avevamo pagato tutto in anticipo), ma purtroppo non è stato possibile poiché la gestione amministrativa è affidata a un altro servizio esterno. A oggi, non abbiamo ancora ricevuto alcuna risposta o conferma dei pagamenti effettuati. In conclusione, nonostante la prenotazione effettuata con largo anticipo e le aspettative di un servizio adeguato per un gruppo così numeroso, l’hotel non è stato in grado di garantire neanche i servizi basilari. Speriamo in un netto miglioramento, ma al momento non possiamo consigliare questa struttura.
