Check in was easy and smooth process. Solid location. It's about 5miles from all of the restaurants and stores. Room was clean but had the slight odor of a wet dog. Pool was huge and very accessible, as well as the sauna which you could actually throw water on the rocks! Hot tub was out of service, which ****** after hours on the road. The breakfast had limited options of cold and hot, but was still good enough. The downside was the price. At the time of booking, it was $225. They were the lowest in the area with no events going on and not being directly downtown it seemed a bit high. Would definitely stay again with the kids.

My family stayed for a week. The first night our toilet ran all night. when we informed the front desk they gave us a choice of new room. After that it was a very pleasant stay. Except for the breakfast during the week it was not kept stocked with items but come the weekend it was a lot better. Also most things were out of order like the sauna, hot tub, juice machine, and the ice machine, along with the side door.

The staff were very nice, breakfast was not goid. Nothing being replaced, juice machine broke, no bottles of juice temporarily tull machine fixed. Nothing for kids to drink, coffee and hot water o ly choice. Key card de-activated 6 times stayed 2 days. Hot tub broke and luggage carts broke very disappointed

This place was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at Smells of rotten milk and poop in the room. Switch to different room to just have blood on the top sheet and blue stuff on the sheet. Hot tub did not work. It has not worked for over a year, but yet they still haven't advertised. Very unhappy with this place. Do not go to this hotel

We stayed here a little over a year ago and had a nice experience so we decided to stay again. Unfortunately the hot tub was still not working. Still had an overall good experience.

The hot tub does not work and looks like it hasn’t worked in a long time. Both ice machines don’t work. Juice machine does not work. Asked for an extra blanket and was told they don’t have extras to give out. I would only give this place a half stair. I would not recommend staying here. They are running this hotel into the ground.

Only a 4 star for condition as fireplace in room didn’t work. Friendly staff, clean hotel,

The hot tub was not working and neither was the ice machines. But our room was amazing and we couldn't beat the price. It was a rather pleasant visit overall.

It was closed when we arrived and we recieved no notification after driving 7 hours to this destination!
