Small unit but comfortable and modern. Perfect for one person who likes everything available within a few blocks walk. Also bus stops to many Ottawa destinations mere minutes away. Kitchenette was well stocked and the lounge areas in the hotel were welcoming. The only issue in cold weather is the entrycode machine outside the front door. It is sometimes frustrating

Super clean and comfortable, amazing personnel and great amenities available. Would definitely recommended or go back if I need a place to stay at.

I like the amount of spaces for spreading out in the suite - a bar, a table, a sitting area and the bedroom

Very nice property. It is more a longer stay apartment than a hotel but the units are great for short or long stays. The major issue is when booking via *******, any changes to the reservation become points of friction. Booking directly is simpler, so the connection between the 2 should be worked on.

My girlfriend and I stayed here the this past weekend and overall the hotel was good but my girlfriend noticed things about the cleanliness of the room which is why it's not getting 5 stars. The bed was comfy, pillows are thick so if you are a stomach sleeper bring your own, and the couch was also comfy and nice to sit on but we noticed a few small stains/spots on the couch so we didn't use it that much. The closet in the bedroom was dusty along with the nightstands and the windows need a very deep clean as it appeared it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The unit is awesome, we had a kitchenette and mini dishwasher which was good for washing everything for checkout the sink in around the drain was crusty or moldy was well. Lastly the bathroom was spacious, good water pressure, they provide good quality soap, shampoo, conditioner, there were a flew long black hairs on the wall of the bathroom upon arrival. Overall would stay again!

Optional 3rd night was dealt with poorly ...no communication about "scaled rates" until the last second..End result paid about $70 more than first 2 nights. ..when adding 1 extra night.Not cool.Cut us some slack please on pricing smoke and mirrors.

The rooms are very clean and modern with an amazing layout! All the entertainment, shopping and dining are within walking distance.

This place was perfect for us. It was super clean and well kept, had a separate bedroom, a well equipped kitchen. We could have our own breakfast in before our daily outings. Everything was walking distance so the location was great. A nice and quiet building. If I have one critique it would be the sandpaper feeling toilet paper. Otherwise we loved it here and would not hesitate stay here again.

It was close to where I was going. The bed was comfy and kitchen was excellent. Prefer cable TV. There was a very noisy guest who woke me up.
