Numa I Hallen Apartments

Not a good experience at Numa Hallen. NOT RECOMMENDED. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. However, the “hotel” is not supported by any staff. The digital check in failed initially. We did not receive the check in email as advised. Maybe if you book directly with Numa, not a third party like Trip, this might work. Don’t know. We rang the web site and Trip advertised phone number to get a check in email. It is disconnected. This defect is recorded in previous reviews, Does anyone read these complaints? Read the previous reviews and noted the WhatsAPP number to be found at door front. Was ready for this we thought. The WhatsAPP number only has a virtual attendant. So no verbal communication available only short text messages readable. Jumped through many hoops and eventually received our check in details on the kerb outside the hotel. Thought we would be sleeping on the street for a while. Once inside we noted the big sign in kitchen about leaving a window open when cooking. Next morning all fire alarms in the hotel section went off. A closed window somewhere perhaps. Alarm couldn’t be shut off so we evacuated with our bags like many others. Guess it must happen often due to the prominence of the sign. The experience wasn’t good and is a great example of technology making life more difficult. The quest to remove people from hospitality jobs diminishes the hospitality aspect. It also leaves no backup except for meaningless, valueless, unaccountable apologies. The communications failures and fire alarm intrusion are significant infrastructure short comings. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Convenient place to stay - easy walk to Central train station and tram and bus stops outside, close to shops.

Good location and large rooms. Smooth checkin & checkout even though it was self-serviced. Id stay here again.

The location is excellent! The place was great and very clean. I’d suggest some instructions for the heater ( we were so cold). I’d also stress the close proximity to the express train to the airport!! It was fabulous.

Very nice location and clean studio. Easy to move around the city. You can walk everywhere from this place! Great experience!

Handy location apar**ent that came with amenities and full kitchen ware. We needed a bedside lamp fixed, housekeeping was prompt and also brought clothes drying horse swiftly when asked. It could do with more lights tho, we thought it was a bit dark around the kitchen/dining area. Otherwise everything else works 😃. We would certainly stay there again 🌟

Clean and comfortable rooms in a great location with lovely staff. My only issue was noise from workmen right outside the windows which woke us at 7:30. We had arrived late the night before after travelling down from Tromso so could have done with a lie in. I understand that sometimes work needs to be carried out but if so then it should be mentioned when booking to enable guests to make an alternative choice if necessary. If it was not for this I would have given a higher overall score.

Roms are clean and comfy. But the communication with the numa was a disaster i didn’t recive the check in details and to nagvigate find a number to call was very difficult. It’s a teachnical error but if this is your frist time with this way of hotel apar**ent i would just be much simpler with a standard hotel so you won’t have the hassle and stress with figuring it out whom to contact. Also the front door was jammed on the inside luckily there was also someone on the way out we stood there for around 15 min trying to opening the door.

Nice location, Nice place. Very roomy room and bathroom. The only thing was the check in where I didn't received any email regarding the check in procedure to get access to the building but outside there was a whatsapp number to contact them and the help to get me in was quick. Also ********* info to contact them is incorrect.
