I recently stayed, as we normally do, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Oshkosh, WI a few weeks back. On my departure, I left a message for the Manager to contact me regarding a multi room stay I was planning for the future. She never returned my call. I phoned the hotel a week later and tried to contact her without joy and left another digital message. I called the following week yet again was met with the avoidance of not returning my message, Today I figured I'd try to reach out and still no return call. As a Diamond member that travels at least 50 nights per year, one would think that hotel management would appreciate contact with its Diamond members...for that, any of its customers to ensure satisfaction of the property. Not Happy. I did contact the Hilton Help Desk to have the manager contact me. 4 days have passed. Still contact. Who is running the hotel? Again not happy with this property.
