It is a quiet peaceful hotel away from Dontobori. Good amenities are available. It is a family-friendly hotel which suits to young families with kids. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful in every way.

Good location, walking distance to many popular tourists areas such as Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi. It has it’s own car park too, first come first served. Hotel staff is very helpful. They can either speak fluent English or Mandarin. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We booked a corner room for 2 nights, which has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The size of the sofa bed is like a double bed. Room is spacious. Good for families with kids. The hotel even provides facial masks and eye masks which is very considerate. Would be excellent if the hotel has a hot bath.

Honestly hotel was great everywhere was walking distance. The tourist attraction dontobori was 20-30 mins walk. I mean yea seems far but if you walk the whole stretch is worth the walk. 7-11 right beside family mart 2-3 mins walk Location is perfect Metro station 6-7 mins walk Mcd / Burger King / mos burger 10 mins walk Just one bad things about this hotel is weak WIFI Hope they upgrade the wifi signal Other than that is all good!

Superb service with great self collect amenities from lobby (from facial foam To face mask, toner facial lotion even eye mask) you can also request more item from the room tv app. Room Are spacious good quiet location with few minute walking distance to busy street.

Modern hotel and clean. You can monitor the laundry progress from your room TV and request room service like towels delivery, free of charge drink water etc. from TV app.

Our family 3 adults and 1 seven month baby stay at Leben Hotel Osaka for 5 days, the room is big enough for 4 of us, and they clean the room nicely. Very considerate and they found us a baby cot which was great. Very good location with everything right next to the hotels. Enjoyable stay

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel during the New Year in Japan! I initially booked the Leben Twin Room, which was spacious and perfect for my family. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and we were all very satisfied with the facilities. The convenience of ordering extra water and kids’ pajamas online, with them delivered right to our room, was a nice touch. The mini bar was well-stocked and thoughtful, offering everything we needed. I really enjoyed having a coffee every morning before heading out, and a glass of wine in the evening – a lovely way to unwind. One minor issue was that my mom requested an extra quilt, but unfortunately, they were fully occupied and couldn’t provide one. Despite this, everything else was perfect! I will definitely visit again the next time I’m in Osaka.”

Fantastic hotel! Clean & nice. Location is pretty good also. Love the imabari towels provided in room No resturant within the hotel but coffee machine is available in the lobby. Only minor issue i had was that there is only a total of 3 washing machine. Each located at different floors. Good thing is that the room tv has got status updated of the machine's status. I will recommend this hotel for everyone.

Location is a bit off especially the first two days we stayed there were rainy days. Rooms are clean and comfortable, bathroom quite nice.
