Good experience, location was great..  Bathroom was clean  Toilet was clean  The only inconvenience was the bedside lamp was too bright.. Hostel offers earplugs.. as some travelers has no common sense and make noises in the middle of the night or early morning..

There was a bright Emergency Exit White light sign which shined above my bed, making it hard for me to sleep

Nice big lockers. Easy check in with friendly and helpful staff. In walking distance of Dotonburi. Would definitely recommend.

This is an hotel located very close to all the anime related stores in Nihonbashi Osaka (6min walk from Animate store Osaka). The hotel is comfy and clean with friendly staffs. Floor 3 is the lounge where I spent a lot of free time (on phone calls/watching videos/ drawing/ eating/ work...etc.) The space makes you feel welcomed, and most of the seats have a electric port for you to plug in your chargers. On the day I checked out (11:00am), I asked the staff if I could stay in the lounge even after check out and they said it's completely ok. My night bus on that day was at 22:30 hence I had a lot of time on hand, so I spent a few hours in that lounge, thank you so much to the friendly staffs😊 I've already recommended to friends to visit here, and if I travel to Osaka again I would definitely want to stay here again💯

It is well located on the third floor of the train station. You can use the elevator of the subway station to go up straight away. The staff are cheerful, friendly. The place is clean and has complete facilities.

I like the location and the friendliness of the staff. I would not hesitate to come again.

Good location

位置非常方便，就在地鐵站上面，從直梯直接就能到三樓前台。就是房間內我幾乎沒看到垃圾桶啊，垃圾有點不方便扔…

駅近くで利用しやすいと思います。 洗濯機もあって自由に使えるのとシャワー室も3部屋あるのでいつでも空いてる感じです。 おもにフレンドリーな外人さんがご案内してくれるとおもいます。

トイレ、シャワールームは綺麗でアメニティもしっかり用意されてて、とても満足でした。コンセントもベッドに付いていて便利だなと思いました。荷物を置く場所がないのはゲストハウスだし仕方ないのかなと妥協しました。また利用したいです。

Extremely misleading description. They only have dorm style accommodations; their "semi-private rooms" are just curtains. You can hear every fart ,cough and snore from everyone on the same floor. Their "safety deposit boxes" are half broken ikea cabinets with dollar store locks on them. Their "private showers" are only private in the sense that the 3 showers have doors that you can lock while you are taking a shower; you are still sharing the showers with the 20 other people on the floor. The stairs doors are held open with the deadbolt locks so anyone with access to the stairs can get in and the elevator is shared mostly with randos going from train to street level so there is always a wait. The worst part is the bed. Made of 2 thin foam mattress toppers wrapped in a sheet was bad, made worse by them being permanently flattened in the middle. I may as well have slept directly on the sheet of plywood underneath them. My back was screwed up the whole day after. Sorry, I didn't take a picture of the cratered "mattress". Overall misleading and way overpriced for what you get. I don't know how this place gets top reviews, on some sites, particularly with such crappy beds.
