We had an outstanding experience and received exceptional service, largely due to the dedicated efforts of the entire staff, with a special mention to a waiter named Sisay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and treated with the utmost care and professionalism. The ambiance of the establishment was inviting, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our visit. Sisay, in particular, stood out for his remarkable hospitality. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor made us feel truly welcomed and appreciated. The seamless service we received from the entire team contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of our time there. It was an amazing place to stay with a family. All the staff are amazing we have been so many different places so far this place is 100% satisfying on everything..the room the food specially breakfast was amazing we love it . Thank you all the staff also the hotel manager!

This place is an amazing oasis in Ethiopia… A calm place where you can take care of yourself with delicious food and several services such as massages among others. We felt really welcomed, relaxed, in an integrated place in the overwhelming Ethiopian nature with the best hospitality. Thank you so much!

Clean and Comfortable Rooms the cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable beds, and well-maintained facilities. Delicious Food: Kuriftu with a wonderful restaurants or breakfast options that receive their delicious food and variety of choices tend to attract more guests. Beautiful Views the restaurant with stunning views, lake & Trees, Water park surroundings all around is amazing. Wonderful servers a humble and quick service all around. I couldn't thank enough... "Adiyam" She was the best with her smiley greetings. Keep it up!! For sure will visit again & recommend for friends 100%

I went there with my friend Grace. We originally booked 3 days but we liked it there a lot so stayed an extra two days. The resort is very spacious It has an amazing Water Park with various water slides and high (and low) pressure water jets which massage your body (very refreshing), and a gidt shop and a restaurant with lovely large soft cushioned area outside where you can relax and look out at the water slides. And the water is cold, which is very nice as in previous hotel we stayed in Addis the water was warm and was like swimming in a bath with the sun beaming down in you. They must have a cooling system for the water in the water park and also the two swimming pools. The only negative comment I would make about this lovely water park is that the music (which was lovely African & Indian beat music which I liked a lot) was very loud and you can hear it throughout the resort all day long, so loud that when we arrived we were given rooms that were very close to the water park and we couldn't just relax and have rest in afternoon with the music so loud, but they accomodated us and moved us to a very nice location beside the lake where you could barely (but still could) hear it. The complimentary Swedish massage was very nice and relaxing - we actually got two free massages since we made a fresh 2 day booking after the original 3 day booking was up the lovely hotel manager (Yemishrach) kindly agreed to give us another free massage. There are three restaurants at the resort, one at the water park which mainly serves breakfast but is open throughout the day for drinks, and two restaurants that serve lunch and dinner throughout the day. The food was excellent and the staff so friendly. The only suggestion I would make is that it wpuld have been nicer if they had different menus at the two restaurants.........but lovely food. There is a really nice cinema there which accomodates private parties up to I'd say around 50 people?, so you can book a time slot and you choose your own movie from a large list of choices from online movie providers. The wi-fi wasn't strong and kept stalling and restarting as it used the router from reception which is about 100m away. It really needs its own dedicated wi-fi router in the cinema room which I suggested to them - hopefully they will act on this suggestion and install one and so your cinema experience will be great! My final comment, and probably the most important, is that all the staff there were so so so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help you. And when I say they 'went out of their way' in a lot of cases I mean literally, as when I asked some staff where a certain place was (when I was finding my bearings in this large resort the first day or two) instrad of just pointing and explaining where to go they would actually walk up there with you to show you. We went to Kuriftu Resort for a company retreat and the experience was exceptional. We were greeted with beautiful smiles all around and treated like royalty. I would especially extend my gratitude to Mr. Abayneh who took care of all our needs with incredible hospitality during our travels and stay. The rooms were clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The food was delightful. We enjoyed various activities and we had a truly relaxing time. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an enjoyable self-care getaway.

I found Kuriftu to be a excellent choice for anyone looking to have a good time. The pool is great and the staff do a wonderful job, the people are friendly and the atmosphere is great. To anyone looking for a place to stay I would recommend this one. Hope you have as great a stay as I did.

One of the most deserves resort, The staff...all of them...especially (Front office management) was simply wonderful...so friendly, kind and helpful. Grateful for all the assistance we got during our stay. The massage and Spa experience was great also.
