No hot water which was a known issue and they did not educate this prior to check in. Cracked mirror, ripped up carpet and stains on the bed.

The person at the front desk couldn't find my reservation it took 20 minutes to get it right. And the rooms (we had 2 rooms) one looked like someone spray painted something on the floor and the rest of the room was still a bit dirty, hair on the sink, beds, and the carpet was so dirty and nasty. Second room was the same except the bathroom tub Faucet would not shut off so it kept running. I told the front desk and said someone was coming to fix it, nobody came. We decided to leave around 11pm. Just couldn't stay there.

我感覺這個不像我一樣住過的comfort inn，毛巾粗燥的要命 和Motel的差不多，以往住她們家的店 毛巾和床都很軟和的……浴室的門關不上，浴簾拉不上 洗澡水整了一整個浴室！

The front desk was great but that was the only good thing about the hotel we had to leave due to not being comfortable 😔

Great location and staff. Rooms were nice but the A/C unit was very dirty, coated with dust inside. Room has slight musty smell.

6.5/10 experience.
Greeting in the front was a bit robotic, not to genuine.
Needs work on interior, some things were not in service and there was an odd smell amongst the hallways.
Room itself was mid as well, some things worked and the ones that didn’t were the door for the bathroom and the lock on top of the main door. Other than that, the room had a nice smell and the bed was comfortable enough.

The rooms were filthy and there, horribly maintained, and we found a live roach in our room to the right of the window by the window ac. Horrible.

How to change two lightbulbs with the assistant of the hotel manager, so we can see in the room to begin with the beds pretty hard, and the refrigerator was buzzing all night until we finally unplugged It I couldn't stand it no more. Overall stay, I'm tired not much sleep missed the breakfast. Probably a good thing.
