Do not stay here. We started with the check in computer system being down but no one bothering to say anything even though there were two employees at the front desk with one trying to help guest and the other standing around and doing nothing. When they did check us in, our key cards did not work and when my wife went down to get them fixed, she was on the elevator with another guest who were given keys to a room that was occupied. There were issues in the room with a shower that did not work properly and looked to have a shower control that was unfinished. We had a shuttle ride to the airport with a number of close calls including one where I still cannot figure out how a collision was avoided. The last straw was in the morning when my wife and I heard a noise outside of our room and thought nothing of it until our door started to open even though we had the deadbolt lock, the one that we can only lock from inside, engaged. I was very happy to leave this hotel.

The check in line averaged over 5 customers serviced by just one person. This went on for many hours after my arrival at 4PM. There was another person out back but never helped in reducing the time in line.

Waited 2 hours at airport for shuttle. Hotel phones were down. Could not call hotel. Had to take a taxi.

This hotel charges $25 early check-in fee, yet, when their system was down, there were 10 of us in the lobby having to sit there for almost 2-hours while they tried to resolve the issue. The staff really didn’t seem to care about making it right either. When we did finally get checked in, we had other guests that knocked on our door because they checked them into the same room. This hotel also is in strong need of an update with stained carpets and not very clean. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Stayed the night before an early flight. They were prompt with the pack and play for our toddler, but the room was not great. The tub liner was cracked and broken, and they removed the shower curtain so we couldn’t shower before our flight. The hallway also smelled like cigarette smoke.

The overall property was okay, the low rating came from the front counter staff at 8am on friday Feb 23rd. We had called weeks ahead to ask if we could leave our baggage prior to check in. When we stopped into the hotel on our way to Universal we werent even greeted, a female staff member was arguing with another male worker and rolled her eyes at us because we were interruptig their argument. We then asked about leaving our bags and were told 'as long as the confrence room isnt being used today.' We then asked about the shuttle the next day and she just told.us yes there was one. Another staff member then walked in and the female staff member we were trying to talk to turned away from us and hugged the other staff member and began having a conversation with her. We got her attention again and asked if we had to arrange for a time or just show up to which she rudely said 'yes you have to sign up.' And rolled her eyes again because we had again inconvenienced her. There was zero customer service from any 3 of the staff we encountered in that 5 minute window, we the customers were clearly not their priority although it was the one female staff member in particular who was blatently rude to us, the other two staff members should have disengaged with her as we were clearly at the front desk waiting to be helped. In the morning we also noticed there was only 1 coffee for a room with 2 adults which was a minor inconvenience for parents who were just at Universal the day prior

It was a fine stay. It was musty smelling throughout the hotel. The breakfast accommodations were very small for the amount of guests. What would have taken us 30 minutes to eat breakfast took 90 minutes as we spent an hour waiting for food to restock and come out.

Good overall. Handy to the airport. No shuttle after 9:00pm is a problem. Some furniture in the room was a bit beat up. Bed was comfortable. People were nice. Breakfast was ok. May stay again if plane is in before 8:00.
