When we arrived to check in, someone was complaining because there was someone else in the room they just checked into :( Scary. The hallways and overall lobby look was fine. But as soon as you looked at the door to your room, it looks banged up & paint scratched everywhere. The inside of the room was musty with a weird smell & felt as if I was staying at a creepy hotel. I definitely would not stay here again. Especially for how much it cost.

Staff was excellent and helpful. Transportation went above and beyond and drove us to a restaurant.

The location was great. The rooms were worn and damaged. Had to request to be moved due to holes in curtains and stains on furniture. Front desk seemed underwhelming. Breakfast was great

Perfect location to see the city! Loved that our hotel was off the main road and easily accessible to and from our tour’s daily. Shuttle driver was very pleasant and friendly and the staff was attentive and responded quickly with answers. The grounds were very well maintained and the hotel was sparkling clean!! The daily breakfast was a great way to start the day and was open late enough to sleep in each morning!!! Definitely would recommend and book again! Minutes from the airport so very easy to get in and out without long drive as well!!

It seemed as tho' any question I might have the front desk already had the answer. I've never had anyone call to verify the wake-up call - excellent service!

Truly one of the nicest hotels we have stayed that. When we returned early from a cruise they were able to accommodate an early check in for us which we were so grateful for! The room would honestly make a great one bedroom apar**ent. Super nice to have access to silverware and dishes. The airport shuttle was super helpful and prompt. Breakfast had solid options and we had a complimentary evening snack that we took out to the hot tub one night of our stay. Far and away better than the other options I had researched!

so convenient to the airport, wonderful room, clean comfy, quiet. My only complaint on this hotel is the parking. It isn't convenient to check int. It is only on the sides no sidewalk to front door, so you wheel through the parking lot.
