Disappointing Experience at Marriott Grande Vista in Orlando, Florida.
I recently stayed at Marriott Grande Vista in Orlando, Florida, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my concerns and disappointment regarding the hotel's customer service and safety protocols.
During my stay, there were multiple fire alarm incidents that occurred without any proper communication or guidance from the hotel staff. These incidents not only disrupted my sleep but also caused unnecessary panic among guests. It was alarming to witness the lack of organization and preparedness to handle such situations.
