We spent five nights in this hotel. The hotel would need a little surface renovation, because the hotel has remained in the 70s. The hotel is in a very good location if you like hiking. The hotel has a swimming pool, which the hotel also advertises on its website. However, the swimming pool is only available during the summer. Summer time is quite a relative concept. For Finns, June is summer time. Maybe it would be better to tell the months when the pool is in use. The room itself is spacious and the balcony with great views is a great addition. Breakfast is relatively expensive compared to what is offered. 10€ would probably be the right price. We visited the hotel's restaurant once and its offering was not to our taste. The staff was generally friendly. The price was quite reasonable and we were generally quite satisfied,

We had lunch at the Hotel Coma and the experience was so delightful that I had to write a review. The food was amazing and delicious. The wine choices were all lovely. However, the variable that made this experience so very special was the staff. Each member of the staff had a big personality and engaged in a charming way with the guests. We had a great meal, but more importantly we had a great experience in a charming village restaurant.

This is a review of the restaurant at the hotel. It is beyond excellent. Best food in Andorra. Gourmet and innovative. The staff are very friendly and they are excellent for both small and large groups. They must have excellent chefs. The small town itself is really worth seeing.

Great staff, good breakfast. Lovely cosy & inviting downstairs communal areas.
******* room very basic & well worn. Cracked walls around window, broken lamps in room, stains on walls etc. Everything has seen used lots over the years & in need of a good update. Requested a double bed but had twin beds that seperate when sleeping on shiny floor. Very clean, good views, ideally located for hiking. Suited our needs very well, luxury jet bathtub.
Could be about £20 cheaper until upgrades happen to improve tired areas in room. Still it was comfortable & friendly.

Beautiful location with great views of the mountains. I really didn’t use the pool, tennis courts or mini golf. The tennis court looked a little ragged. Our room was on the top floor wish we had a balcony room. The room had no ac and didn’t open very well. It was hot just make sure your window opens all the way. The breakfast was good and a lot of selections. The staff was attentive and was helpful with suggestions. Check out was easy and parking was no problem.

Lovely hotel in stunning location. Views from the room were amazing. We were half board and the food was excellent. Can’t fault anything about our stay.

Great location and room, but very poor table service in the restaurant - waiter was miserable and rude.. opened kitchen door in my and didn't apologies (like it was my fault) - food wasn't hot or even warm.
