Awesome from check-in to departure. Great hotel, nice and efficient front desk, easy parking, Close to Disney, Knotts. Great breakfast and happy Hour, rooms spacious, had refrigerator. Bed comfy.

Heater was on so the room was hot but a quick phone to the desk and a repair man came right up and fixed it. Really great breakfast in the morning!!!

Was put in a room and the AC broke down they were quick to change rooms area is nice wish they had more parking spots and elevators over it was a nice stay

Great price for all the extra amenities. The breakfast is putstanding. The staff that was cleaning during the breakfast wasn’t so nice, but it was one of the best places I have stayed at in Anaheim. The price is worth it. Rooms were clean and I love the inside store, it makes it convenient.

This property doesn’t have any real amenities for the guests. Whenever I asked a staff member a question, they were unable to produce a definitive answer. I do not recommend this property.

The front desk staff was very nice and attentive, especially Mkeala and Branda. The room was specious. The balcony tiny. Overall it's a good place but quite dated.

My room had a flood though the a/c and staff didn’t really seem to care, the room smelled awful

The property wasn’t bad, the lobby and restaurant bar area was very nice. But the room bathroom was showing its age.

Hotel was clean and close to Disney. Front Desk staff were not very friendly or helpful. No shuttle service, you have to use a 3rd party. Again, wasn’t the best service. We ended up just using Uber. Overall, not too bad. I would stay here again.

Nice, clean, and spacious rooms. Breakfast ends really early at 9am. Hotel is very serious about their check out time at 11am and no wiggle room. 30 min late is a $50 fee and additional fees after 12pm
