Great taste of food … very good service by staff … good prices restaurant for the quantity and quality delivered by Rilvan , Maslin and Captain Santhosh Very good ambience… the food presentation was very good … I visited 5 times and the quality was consistent…

Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff Mr. Rilvan, Captain Santhosh and Maslin, Lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Good food, good staff behaviour. Recommendable to relatives to stay at OOTY...DAVID, PRANESH, Rilvan, Santosh in restaurant is very good. Very much impressed with restaurant team.,........highly recommended....................

It was a pleasant stay in lake view resorts.. Mr. david was so polite and the way he handled us was very comfortable.. All other staff were too good as well. Must try this resort when u are planning for a ooty trip.. Overall a great & comfortable.

Worst place to stay in ooty. We had stayed at lake view before but now it has been a nigh**are. Very dirty rooms with dirty bathrooms. They need to sell the property to some big brand like Taj or ITC. The property is huge but maintenance is zero. Staff is very less

We chose Lakeview to spend some quiet time together. It is a beautiful place. Close to town, yet tranquil. The food and hospitality are delightful. Thank you Mr Zilvan for making sure that we had a wonderful dining experience. The rooms are very neat and comfortable. They have a wonderful play area for children. So coming here with your kids is a great idea too.

Excellent location, good landscape, nice flowers around, good staff, nice cottages n villas, prompt room service, scenic views, house keeping also good, special thanks to the restaurant team for delicious food. Nice place to be with family and friends.

Lakeview resort is the best place to staywith family. The view from hotel is just breathtaking. The rooms are clean nd tidy. The restaurant in the resort just serves yummy and delicious food. Mr Rilvan from the restaurant staff was a very good host and he was always approach able. All the other restaurants and hotel staff were also good. Will come back here again in next visit. Wishing the team a very good luck in further expansion. Will surely recommend this hotel to friends and family. 100 / 100 - Jigar Gogri
