The stay here with my family was really awesome. The rooms were neat and clean. The staff were very helpful and calm. They helped us to do an early check in without any extra charges. Overall a nice experience.

We booked for 3 adults but extra charged for 3rd bed, & no breakfast given as mentioned

Overall good. But bed is smaller than expected. It is enough for two people to sleep. Bathroom is not cleaned properly.

The stay was good and staff behaviour was also good and they should take more care about the cleanness

Very good place to stay for family they provide 24 hours hot water facility and staff is so nice and comfortable over all very good experience thank you.

Superb quality stay. I enjoyed the atmosphere in the cottage. Cottage people are very friendly guys & very knowledgeable persons for city and locations in the ooty.
