This is one of the best hotel in ooty. The perfect location and perfect hotels one can find in ooty. The owners look like we are their home. The took at-most care about the guests. Perfect !

Excellent customer service, room cleanliness is good. Response time is appreciable. Help from management for sight seeing, vehicle arrangement and food is highly satisfied. Perfect place for stay.

Stayed two days, rooms are neat and clean, staff behaviour good. It's in main city and all shopping can do by walking

The hotel is in heart of the town and best place to stay with family. Service is excellent and staffs are very polite.

I stayed in Deluxe room. It was very good experience staying in Carnation. Very good and humble room service. Both drinking Water and other use water is available 24/7. Hot water is available through geyser for toilet purposes. You will have kettle to heat water for drinking purposes. Location of the hotel is in centre part of Ooty and bus stand is 1.5kms to 2kms only. Commercial Street of Ooty is walkable distance from the carnation hotel. Clean bed and clean bedspread. Ambience of the room was nice. Hatsoff to Mariadoss who is so kind and good in approaching a guest of his hotel. You will not get food from hotel but you can get it from Swiggy and Zomato. Early checkin is possible here if there is vacancy. I am looking forward to continue staying here if I again visit Ooty.😍

We booked two rooms for 5 persons. Hand-wash was not available in the toilet. There was no hot water in the bathroom. I had waited almost half an hour after switching on the geyser but hot water was not coming out. Worst experience. Room cleaning was good. Nice rooms but poor service.

Excellent support, overall stay was very comfortable, the staff are very polite and respectful, definitely preferred for family stay and bachelor stay
