Pine Valley Hotel Oludeniz

We stayed at this hotel from the 30th April, first day of opening and everything ran smoothly so you would never know we were the first guests ☺️ Check in quick and was given a welcome drink which was a nice surprise. Reception staff and guests relations all so welcoming and friendly as the rules of the hotel are explained, cashless system you pay for food and drinks with your key card and pay the bill as and when you please, WiFi logged in manually from reception they activate it using your passport, WiFi wasn’t the strongest in the rooms but worked perfectly fine around the pool/bar areas, I used a dongle from an outside company so not needed WiFi too much. Room was clean, small and efficient for just a couple although the balcony is tiny, but nothing that was an issue. Mini bar in room was very overpriced so didn’t use, is there for an option, there is also a shop in the hotel too that sells all sorts. Pool area is spotless and all the bar staff, waiters are keen to keep everything tidy and organised and make the best iced coffee!! I can imagine it could be tricky to get a sunbed in the peak season but still plenty around with umbrella’s if needed. Food and drink are widely available around the hotel, the pool menu is decent and reasonably priced, alcohol and cocktails are slightly more expensive than in town but as an area in general we noticed alcohol prices had risen everywhere but still slightly cheaper than the uk. The entertainment was quiet at this time of year as the hotel was barely occupied yet but Aguero is probably one of the friendliest/welcoming people we have met in a hotel in all the resorts we have stayed in around the world, always goes out of his way to make sure you are ok, if you need anything 10/10 service! As do all the staff you will never want for anything they are all so welcoming and will go out of their way to chat which is lovely! Thankyou again for a lovely stay I assure you we will be back!

just got back from another stay at pine valley 10 days stay, couldn't fault it the hotel is lovely, clean as the cleaners do a fantastic job. management and reception staff are great thank you orhan, yildz, mustafa and hizir. the pool had a change since we was last there and it looks amazing 👏 , the pool bar and bar staff couldn't do enough for you and always with a hello and seeing if you okay thank you erhan, kerem, Jimmy, osman and aguero. room was big enough for 2 of us and cleaned everyday wifi can be patchy in the rooms but at the pool and bars its brilliant. Food breakfast was good so many choices and the pancakes are a favourite with my daughter 😀 pool side food is great think my daughter eat chicken basket 7 days out of the 10 and the cookie monster drinks were my favourite, overall thank you pine valley for another great holiday we love the hotel and staff and can't wait to be back 😀 x

This is our second time here and the first time we have been to Turkey at the start of the season. Hotel says it is 4 star but I would say more to the standard of a 3 star, it has really good potential but does have some space for improvement. Firstly the standard of cleanliness in our room was not great, we didn’t get fresh glasses once during our 14 night stay and one of the glasses we did have had black marks on the bottom of ( pictures attached below). Floors were constantly grubby even after being cleaned there was still hair and dirt on the floor and a dirty mark that stayed there our whole visit (picture below). Toilet roll wasn’t refreshed regularly even when there was next to no toilet roll, we had to go to reception and ask for more. Another thing that didn’t get replenished was the complimentary shower gel and soaps, we were using the shower gel as a hand wash as they don’t provide hand wash and once it was all gone they never refreshed it so if you don’t like using soap for your hands I would definitely bring a gel hand soap with you. Shower wasn’t cleaned the whole time we were there either. From a 4 star hotel I expect better cleaning standards especially at start of the season when it is quieter. Another point for improvement is that there was no entertainment on because it was start of season the only entertainment in the 14 nights was 2 games of bingo which were £8 per person, a raffle (also had to pay for), karaoke and then on our very last night they had a singer on. Beware of this if you do decide to go at the start of the season especially if you go as a family as there was no children’s entertainment either. Rooms were a decent size and nice balcony view however our room (placed right behind Ali Baybiz) was very loud you could here every vehicle that passed and people talking in the room next to you, we are both deep sleepers but were kept up regularly by loud noises in the night such as banging from above as if someone was moving furniture and the roads. Our room bathroom door didn’t close either without a good shove so if someone went to the toilet in the night the other person was awoken by the banging of the door as it scrapes the frame (picture below) Food has changed on the evening they had a set menu instead of buffet style, we were disappointed by this as enjoyed the buffet the last time and we’re going to do a week half board and a week trying out restaurants. Instead we ended up spending a fortune eating out every night. Breakfast is still buffet style. Overall pine valley is a really nice hotel but in my eyes not a 4 star. If the cleanliness was improved I think it would’ve made our experience much better. The pool has been renovated and looks lovely (picture below) and the staff are all helpful and lovely. The hotel also now has tortoises which we thoroughly enjoyed watching daily.

This is the 2nd time visiting this hotel, we came for 2 weeks, overall a solid hotel with attentive staff, ideal location to bars, restaurants, supermarket, a lovely pool area that has been renovated since our last visit. Unfortunately the maids cleaning standards were not there failing to sweep floors, not replenishing toiletries and having to ask for them. Second point is there was absolutely no entertainment to watch on a night apart from bingo once a week, karaoke a couple of times, this was not stated when booked there would be limited entertainment due to the new season opening. I have just currently had a week stay here, this is my second time staying here and I absolutely love it, it has been a very relaxing week for me and my friend our room was a standard room and was fine for us, the pool is lovely and staff are very attentive especially Aguero who has worked here for years, he is a great asset to this hotel. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the main bars & restaurants which we found very handy. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any type of holiday.

Stayed at this hotel in October after a number of cancellations due to covid. And this hotel was well worth the wait. We stayed to 2 weeks and we couldn’t not find 1 fault totally enjoyed our stay. We have booked up to go straight back on the 30th April. Staff in this hotel are first class from reception to bar and entertainment. Everyone is so polite and friendly they are a credit to this hotel.

Fantastic stay at pine valley. This was our second stay here. All the staff super attentive - and especially Aguero. He was the life and soul of the hotel. Kept everyone entertained - kids and adults. Entertainment great in the evenings. Bingo, Turkish dancers, magic show - something on every night. 100% recommend.

Another fantastic stay at this hotel we stayed at the Pine Valley from 7th October until 17th October arrived at night and was cheerfully met by a porter who took up to reception where check in quick and efficient. Moving onto our stay we stayed in the 900 block which we had stayed in before so we knew it would be spotless. the staff every single one of them always greeted you with a smile. our friend arrived on the 11th but unfortunately his suitcase did not.I just wanted to put a big shout out to Meggie the guest relations lady who done everything she could do to help my friend with his issues as his case had all his medicines in there. Meggie is an organiser and Friend sometimes a social worker and someone who goes ABOVE and BEYOND to help anyone with issues ,facts information about the hotel and surrounding areas a great asset to this Great Hotel we'll be back next year.

Had a fantastic 10 days here from 4th to 14th October. Rooms a bit tired but that's to be expected at the end.of the season. Rooms were cleaned daily by friendly maids. The bar staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The main entertainment manager was Agweryo ( excuse my bad spelling of his name) and he was excellent at his job, geeing the guests up. The grounds of the hotel are kept clean, swept a few times throughout the day. The swimming pool area is mopped daily. The pool itself was very inviting, with a selection of inflatables available for all ages. There is a kids pool with slides and more inflatables. There is an onsite spa (charges apply) which some of our group opted for, we all had a Turkish bath on our first day, would highly recommend this. The blocks are only at most 3 floors and were kept clean at all times, there is an external lift to take you from the ground floor to the other two floors and accessibility ramps at all levels. Food was a bit "samey" but it was good, cooked well and tasty. We are all going again next year
