If it wasn’t for most of the staff we would have left and not even bothered trying to get a refund. The mattresses were stained, floors were dirty, and even the refrigerator had a foul odor. Normally the little things wouldn’t have bothered our family and could have cleaned the items ourselves with the exception of the mattresses, but because of COVID and then being told the rooms are cleaned daily, we were shocked when they wouldn’t even move us rooms without double charging us for the only available room left and then told we would have had to move again for two days and then back again during our trip. The only thing that saved this trip and stay at this slum of a hotel was the staff who did everything In their power to help and make us feel like family. Including replacement of the mattresses. This company needs to reward their staff who make very little amenities go a long way and go above and beyond without expecting anything In return.
