This was my first and probably last time at this Hotel. I'm a Hilton Diamound member, so travel a lot. This Hotel, although new, lacks character and professional service. We attended the executive lounge, where the selection was extremely limited. Normally a buffet is on hand along with a selection of drinks, at other Hilyon lounges. However here, it felt like an underage party on rations, with literally nothing on offer. Food was limited to sliced vegetables and houmous and onion bahajs, which had to be requested. Moving down to the restaurant, the orders were wrong, and not cooked as ordered. Side items did not arrive and had to be chased up, only to arrive when the meal was very nearly finished. The white wine was warm, and despite the vain attempt at cooling in a wine cooler, it wasn't fooling anyone. One might understand if this was an exhibition or an otherwise busy night, however, this is not the case, as its literally empty. Hilton, very very poor indeed! Buck up!

I stayed here one night with a friend who was visiting Aberdeen as a treat. The main attraction was the access to the pool/jacuzzi/sauna/steam room which is open 6am - 10pm. We also had dinner at the hotel which was delicious - I had a the burger and was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time! Our room was spacious with 2 queen beds (very comfy). Toiletries were great and hairdryer was good too. There was a mini fridge/cooler but to be honest I didn’t find it that cold at all (my only negative!). Well located next to P&J live/TECA and also close to airport. The hotel is on the 727 bus route which runs every 15 mins and goes from the above to union square in city centre (we got it into town the following day for £3.40) We also used the Hilton app to check in/out which was so quick and easy. This also allowed us to have the digital key on our phones which was so convenient! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again!

I stayed here as a backup for another hotel in the area which had been unsatisfactory. The hilton had many excellent features, large rooms, good room service. In many ways it was easily accessible, however, the parking lot is some distance and down elevators and the doors to the elevators and car park are quite heavy. So for someone with a disability this could pose a problem, there was also only a limited about of blue badge spaces. The first night I stayed the breakfast was top notch which is my usual experience with hiltons, however, the second day I got very little despite having paid extra for it (some hiltons include a free breakfast). There was an extremely large tour group that decimated the breakfast buffet, and the staff were not able to keep up with demand. I was unable to have oj, and most of the hot foods aside from sausage and bacon. I went to have porridge as that was still there, because no ladle had been provided to self serve so had not been eaten. When I spoke to a staff member, she snapped at me and seemed extremely irritated and annoyed at me for asking for a ladle for porridge. She did eventually retrieve me a new one. The same tour group also left suitcases all over the entrance way which could cause issues for those with mobility issues and using crutches, wheelchairs or were visually impaired. The distance to car could potentially cause issues for those with disabilities if travelling alone, with others you could be dropped off out front whilst the other person circles around to park. The bed was very comfortable, and the room nice and dark aside from one black out curtain being mismeasured for length. The air-conditioning worked well. I would come again, but I would be more likely to order breakfast in my room than risk the potential excessive tour crowds. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice clean hotel. Room was spacious. Bed was a bit hard but not terrible. AC worked very good. It was FROSTY!!! Parking is a bit far but didn’t mind the walk. The parking lot is really secure and clean. It was really interesting checking in. I have never had a receptionist make me feel like I was a criminal. Ha! It was so peculiar. I am not sure if it was an affect he has or because he was unable to keep eye contact, the unsureness in his voice, or the walking in the back with a paper and then coming back out and then having me sign it after he already said I was checked in. It was just weird. And he wasn’t very friendly either.

The hotel itself is very modern and clean but vast and I mean vast it lacks a soul no atmostphere or character. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and they have a bath which is nice. The gym is not a gym it has some running machines and a feeble attempt at some equipment, it is also not air conditioned. The pool area is nice and the pool itself is decent, the sauna is very and the steam room is ok but a bit cool. Dinner is a limited menu and given that you are at least 10 miles from Aberdeen you’re kinda screwed on going out , so expensive too and very average. The parking is also a major chore, you park underground take a lift to ground level and the have 209yard outside walk, my advice, pull up outside and take in your bags and then park up. EV charging is limited to three points which were busy the whole time I was there so don’t rely on being able to charge. Breakfast was self service and had a broad choice of the usual things , there were no fried eggs so I asked if they were on there way, they came out promptly but were perfectly round and like rubber, they have heat lamps in the kitchen too I guess. Nice hotel but could be better
