Was average nothing exceptional, rooms were not that great , ddnt get housekeeping

A few minutes away from aberdeen. Be prepared to ride the bus or have a car/bike available. Hotel renovated in 2021, modern, clean interior. Spa includes a new and clean steam room and sauna at no additional cost. English breakfast & coffee were ok.

Beautiful hotel, very clean so lovely, breakfast n dinner was fabulous. I love this hotel very much when next I visit Aberdeen I must lodge there.

Room was not the cleanest but that can be rectified. The service and hospitality was 1st class.

Very nice spa facilities included with stay, breakfast option is good. Blanket was not thick enough

The hotel was pleasant and had a really good restaurant. The downside was because we had booked through ******* and not direct with the hotel we had to pay for parking.

Comfortable room. Very quiet in our room. Hotel busy and bar and restaurant a bit noisy. Staff at reception very efficient and helpful. Tania welcomed us.

Disappointed to find out only when we arrived that you had to pay to park your car at the hotel. It is isolated from transport links so you need to drive.

The room was cold when we arrived. The heating took a long time to make to room feel comfortable. It was a pleasant nights sleep. In the morning the heating and lighting failed to work. Resorted to using the table lamp while having a shower. When we told reception there was no maintenance person working on a Sunday . Also would have liked to use the swimming pool but it was closed . Breakfast was very nice so much choice .

Toilet could be replaced, think theres some plumbing issues. No plugs beside the bed. No proper light for room, only lamps with out of sync switches next to them. No tea or coffee tray in the room. Small pillows.

Staff brilliant. Certain maintenance needs done in rooms. And facilities offered as part of stay unavailable as not working. Breakfast hotplates dont seem to keep food above decent heat as everything only seemed lukewarm. Only thing guaranteed to be hot was fried or poached eggs

Everything fine but unfortunately let down by a cold breakfast, I suppose that’s what can happen if it’s a buffet breakfast.
